You can sleep 6 in this comfy bi-level beach front condo that comes with a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom as well as a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and each comes with its own privatebathroom. Downstairs offers the open kitchen, dining and living area that was recently gutted and completely updated (as of June 2018), as well as a half bath.

    El Constante is a quaint complex in a fantastic location. We enjoyed the beach, pool, hot tub, and relaxing courtyard. The week we stayed there was exterior work being done to the condos. They are going to look great when it is finished! This particular unit is in need of interior updates. The wiring is off in the master bedroom the tv's cable only works when the closet light switch is on and you can only have one cord plugged into an outlet at a time. The refrigerator needs to be replaced; the front of it is rusting, the two bottom drawers are being held together by tape, and the door is missing interior brackets so you cannot put anything in it. The decor and flooring are outdated and on the pull out couch you have to sleep "upside down" as it sits at a fairly steep slant. While the place is functional, if you cannot get past the cosmetics, it is not for you. It's too bad, too, the location of this unit is premiere.

      As of April 1, 2018 the owner is in the process of revamping this unit. It'll be much better once he is done. Thank you for the feedback. UPDATE: THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN REMODELED AS OF JUNE 2018

    Nice older condo, but the carpet didn't appear to clean but probably was just worn out. Great view, right on the beach which we throughly enjoyed. Had all the kitchen items needed. There was construction going on right next to our unit, but they didn't start the work to early so it never woke us up. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
