Start your day with a cup of coffee and a nice walk on the seawall while enjoying a gorgeous sunrise over the Gulf of Mexico. Several food and entertainment destinations are near-by and popular activities like beach and jetty fishing; surfing, horseback riding or just relaxing and soaking up some sun are all at your finger tips. The all-new Schlitterbahn water park is now open and is just 3 miles away. If you're bringing a boat you'll appreciate the near-by access to boat launches and canal system here on the Island.
This beautiful complex also offers one the most serene pool settings you'll find and the pool is heated for year-round enjoyment. When you're ready to make lifelong family memories you won't find a better beachfront complex than El Constante.

You can sleep 6 in this updated bi-level beach front unit that comes with one queen size bed and 4 twin size beds (bunk beds) in the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and each comes with its own bathroom. Downstairs offers the open kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a half bath.

Bath towels for every guest and linens for every bed are provided. Minimum three night stay in the summer and two night stay required the rest of the year.
BASE RATES: $195-295/Night, $2,350/Fall-Winter Month
In-unit washer/dryer available for stays of 30+ days only, extra $100/month for their use.

    The experience we had in unit 202 was great. The living conditions were very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed, in fact it probably had more then we needed. It is decorated really nice; the downside is it had too many decorations. i.e. pillows and trays on the table/dresser. Also with 2 bunk beds and a crib the extra bedroom is crowded. Overall it is a wonderful unit with the ocean view being the best!
