The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to relax in addition to a private patio to sit and enjoy the water views. The amazing kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances, an under counter "Sonic" ice machine and all the dishes, pots, pans, and tools to make a fantastic meal.  It has direct access to the shared dock and boat slips, making this the ideal location to bring your boat and fishing poles.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
