The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to gather while planning your day or relaxing in the evening. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and all the dishes, pots, pans, and essentials to make a fantastic meal. After a day of fun in the sun, you will sleep like a baby on the Tuft & Needle Mint mattresses. The outdoor patio, decked out with string lights and artificial turf, is the perfect spot to start or end your day as you relax with "Tina" the turtle. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS / WEIGHT LIMIT OF 30LBS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Stayed in mid-March for three nights. Good location within 5-10 min walk from beach. As stated, there is only a starter supply of household items. We had a few extra towels, but expect one towel and washcloth per person. We ended up washing the bedding and making the top bunk bed, which wasn’t done before our arrival. The back porch has nice artificial grass, which is ok for dogs to potty on. We didn’t end spending much time there since you know dogs have done their business everywhere in the small space. There is an outdoor faucet in front, which was nice to wash sand off feet and beach items. The hose is in poor condition with leaks, could use replaced. The community pool was heated and our kids liked it. The bathroom wasn’t clean at the pool, expect public bathroom level of dirtiness. We loved the location and rental unit. It was perfect for our family of four. The community heated pool and slides was great for the kids. We enjoyed the clubhouse and all of their daily activities and family entertainment.
