Welcome to El Constante 226, a pet-friendly beachside complex retreat perfect for your next getaway. This spacious two-story condo offers views of the coastal dunes, the beach, and the Gulf of Mexico from two private balconies. It also includes a well-equipped kitchen, and an open living and dining area designed for comfort and relaxation. Upstairs, both bedrooms feature private bathrooms, with the master suite offering a balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze and view of the beach.

Relax by the heated saltwater pool, soak in the hot tub, or take a short stroll to the sandy shore. With its inviting atmosphere and convenient amenities, this condo is ideal for families, couples, and pet lovers alike.

EL CONSTANTE COMPLEX FEATURES

-Heated, saltwater swimming pool (heated to a max temp of 86 degrees in winter months)

-Hot tub

-Poolside loungers, chairs and tables

-Designated golf cart parking

-Laundry facility on site, $2 for washer and $2 for dryer (Quarter exchange at front office)

-Gazebo with gas grills (Due to our frequent droughts, high winds and burn bans -No other types of BBQ grills, pits, or outdoor cooking equipment is allowed on the premises; including parking lots, patios, or balconies

CLEANING

-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!

-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.

-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-A two-night minimum stay is required.

-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest's name on the reservation.

-DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION OF 25LBS OR LESS.

-Dog breeds not permitted at El Constante due to HOA guidelines: Pit Bull-type, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Wolf-dog hybrid, or Husky-type (including Siberian).

-$100 per pet fee (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days).

-$50 pet cleaning fee (7 days or less), $75 (8-29 days), $100 (30+ days).

Perfect Beach Spot

My rental was extremely well maintained and the perfect space for me and the kids. Walking distance to the beach which made it convenient. Pool area was nice which is where we spent most of our time. Property was quiet and cozy. Will def make this a future vacation beach spot!!!

Great time!!

We enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Our rental was well stocked with all the essentials. Our kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The furniture was clean and comfortable. I will say that the mattress in the master bedroom was a little firm but still very comfortable. The view from the top floor was great and we spent mornings sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves break. Very relaxing and comfortable environment. The parking lot was well lit with lighting. Checking in was easy as well as checking out. We will continue to stay here and rent again in the future.

Beautiful beach vacation fit for a family!

This condo fit our family of three great. The vacation rental met our expectations. Information provided prior to our arrival prepared us in what to bring to be more comfortable for our beach rental experience. Upon arriving, we were happy with the check in process, cleanliness of the rental, and property amenities. The beach is an easy walk and provided hours of enjoyment. The sea wall board walk was enjoyable to walk in the morning. Overall an excellent experience!

El Constante 226

Rented for 5 days in February. 226 needs an update. Even though the main floor was recently updated, the entire condo needs a refresh. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean. Communications with Padre Escapes was great. El Constante is nice and the facilities are well kept and maintained.

Lovely condo, great location

Weekend retreat

Enjoyed the area and closeness to the beach. The only issue with the unit was the upstairs was significantly warm and downstairs was cold. Not enough a/c blowing upstairs. Other than that unit and its location were great.

Decente place to stay

Washer and dryer were not working and only got 6 towels. Couldn't wash them so had to reuse old towels. Floor was all broken. Guest shower hot water would only work sometimes. Fire alarm went off an hour before we left and wouldn't stop beeping. Condo needs to be updated. Had a very weird smell.

Nice place close to beach

this is our 2nd year to stay in a condo at El Constante. The condo from the year before was nicer but not available this time. This condo was not in as good a shape as the year before. The stove was NOT in proper working order. You could not open the oven door and the burners on top were not working properly. They did a temporary fix so that we could use the oven. The burner on the top took over 40 minutes to bring water to a boil. They have a problem with the subfloor in the kitchen area. When you stepped on the floor in these areas you could feel the floor sink in. This movement cracked the tiles.
BUT, El Constante is a great condo complex. It is right on the beach, literally walk down 1 flight of stairs and you are on the beach. The kids loved the pool also. We will be back next year!

Awesome home away from home vacation

Vacation rental was really awesome it was well suited to our family's needs.. it had a really great view to the coast and access to the beach was really just 5 min walk... We really enjoyed our stay and we'll most definitely stay here again

Mini getaway

Good stay, great location
Unhappy that bedroom and bathroom doors upstairs do not lock and there was mold in downstairs bathroom. Also, balconies did not have good chairs. One balcony had a swivel office chair. Overall a good stay but not the best accommodations we have had based on other stays with Padre Escapes.

Great Location

This condo is the perfect location, within walking distance to the beach. The balcony views are great as well. All around, the place was satisfactory and had everything we needed. I would say the condo is a bit outdated and could use some upgrades/updates but it still was a great time.

Good view, easy beach access

This is definitely an older condo that could use a little work, but overall we enjoyed our stay. Kitchen can only hold one person at a time, mold growing in downstairs bathroom walls, upstairs bathroom doorknobs do not lock, and downstairs balcony door is almost impossible to open. Size wise it was perfect for our family of 6. Couch makes out into bed as well. Great beach access and pool access (although pool was a bit dirty/cloudy. Would stay here again.

Nice place 6/14-6/16

We enjoyed our stay here! Condo was nice and clean, close to beach and perfect for our family. Staff was very friendly and check in/out was easy. Will stay again! We rented a golf cart which was really enjoyable to ride around at the beach but condo close enough to walk. Pool was nice but hot tub had a bad odor and was not really kept at a good Temperature but other than that stay was great.

Awesome Vacation

The property description was walking distance to the beach, which was a great plus. Also, closes to eating establishments, fishing places, and grocery store. The property was clean and very well maintain. The office provided us with great customer service. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives. We did eat for the first time at the Boat House, but service was very slow.
