Mustang Island Beach Club is the ideal location for beach-goers looking to enjoy so fun in the sun. It's located about half between North Padre Island/Corpus Christi and Port Aransas, right next door to Port Royal. The complex is made up of 32 condos that share a private boardwalk to the beach, sparkling pool, fish cleaning station and offers spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Come enjoy this open concept, two bedroom condo that offers a costal feel and large, private balcony. The living, dining and kitchen area have an open concept which is great for entertaining and spending time with family and friends. You'll love the comfy furniture with plenty of seating and the beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Spread out between the two bedrooms that each offer a private entrance onto the large balcony. There is a day bed off the living area with large windows and easy access to the balcony as well. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the guest bathroom. The sparkling pool is only steps away and you can relax in one of the lounge chairs, and if your visiting between January and February, the pool will be heated only during that time frame. CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
