Thr condo was perfect, just as described. Pool was great and was the perfect temperature. The staff if easy to work with and if a problem someone comes immediately. CJ came a couple of times for minor items and was friendly and helpful and efficient. Definitely plan on coming back.

Had a great time. the condo was big, bunch of amenities, and the whole building was really nice. Entering the property was a bit of a hassle because of some road work on the main street.

Pool to small for all the guests. Pool not clean.
Couch needs to be replaced, not comfortable. Beds good. Kitchen is good. Clean

Fantastic place! Close to everything we wanted to do but still quiet. Clean, homey and has a great area for the kids to play and swim.

Condo was nice size, but the cleaning was lacking. Visible Cheerios under the kitchen table, food smears on table, chairs, floor. Found a pocket knife under the couch. Furniture in living room should be replaced - pull out sofa mattress is so thin you feel the bars under it and couch cushions are stained. Lots of bugs crawling on floor.

Townhouse was just the right size. It was very clean. We felt safe staying here. It was less than a five minute drive to Bob Pier Beach. Valero and CVS are close by as well. Will stay here again!

Unit was Clean and staff is always approachable for any questions or requests. Only issue is that you can't find the address on GPS, Request to the management is to update the address on Maps

Great place to stay and the salt water pool was amazing!
BUT the management company dropped the ball!!! How incredibly rude of them to lock us out 20-30 minutes before checkout, I took my kids for one last swim only to find we could no longer access the keypad! Worst off, is they persistently encourage us to clean, and adjust thermostat, despite our maintenance fee but they don't have the courtesy to fulfill their services.

This unit was located at 5 minutes driving distance from a beach, I needed to pass only one traffic signal to get the beach. Location was very good. Unit itself is very clean and cozy. All furniture and appliances were pretty new and clean. Only concern was the water pressure from kitchen faucet was not very powerful whereas bathroom and laundry were okay with water pressure.

It was a very nice and clean condo. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own privacy. Each room had a television. The pool area was almost always emptied but it is wonderful for small kids. The only thing that was kinda bothersome was that we were 5 adults and they only had a table with 4 chairs. The ants that some reviews mentioned were not a problem when we were there. Nice location but you do have to drive 5 minutes to the beach. Bonus for us is that the downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower which was needed for our elderly parents. Enjoyed our stay.

Awful. ANTS everywhere. Went back and read Google reviews yesterday, looks like y'all were well aware of the ant problem and still renting the units. Disgusting.

This place was great! location close to restaurants, entertainment, and the beach. Especially since you can drive into the beach, we didn't mind the short drive.

Overall it was nice. I expected it to be a little nicer for the price, but it did the job. It was spacious and accommodated our party of 6 with two infants well. We did have a problem with ants coming in from the back door and mosquitos in the house. We were hoping for some board games or something like other vacation rentals have, but we made due. Again, overall it was nice but Im not sure we would spend the money to stay there again.

A group of 4 stayed for 30 days. It was terrific. The weather made hanging out at the pool wonderful. Close enough to the beach that my husband was able to walk the beach everyday. The German bakery was very close, lots of great places to eat on the island and close to lots of attractions. A very comfortable and clean condo, would definitely recommend the unit and the resort. Easy check in and checkout.

The vacation home was so cozy and provided more than enough space for my family. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything needed. The beds were very comfortable and made it hard to get out of bed. We will definitely be staying again !

Unfortunately city code does not allow grills to be placed within 10' of any flammable structure so the only grills are in or around the pool area. Thank you for the feedback.

Stayed Memorial Day weekend. The house is very nice, very happy with the house! But was disappointed with the pool, we had 3 small kids and the pool is not maintained well ( lots of hair, grass, and trash in pool) lots of loud music with lots of cussing in it ( not impressed with that). The beach was ridiculous could not get parked anywhere! Very busy! Don't come on holidays!!! Other than that we liked the house, the pool needs to monitored better!

My children/grandchildren spent our Christmas vacation @Nemo Cay Resort and had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us! The property decor was as described and we loved it! We found a great Resturant for my daughter in law birthday and the food & staff were great. Thanks to to the staff for help making this an enjoyable Christmas and we plan to come back again.

Great condo rental experience in all regards! The property was very clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. It was the perfect spot for our family to get together, cook some good food, walk on the nearby beach, and watch some football. Highly recommend.

We were in town for a family function and my brother lives down the road from this condo. The condo was very clean and open that all 10 of us had no trouble staying in. The pool is nice and clean and my kids enjoyed the play ground on site. We will be staying here again.

The property was spotless. Literally. Very clean, no smells, everything was new; it was very pleasant.

There was cable TV, Netflix, and WiFi.

The beach is about less than a mile away. But I wouldn't recommend driving. The nearest beach access is by permit only.

The rental was close to two gas stations, and the nearest HEB was the one across the bridge.

The kitchen had basic cooking/baking pans, salt, pepper, silverware, and dishes, fridge space, and food storage. However, there is no cooking oil or spices. So if you plan on cooking, bring your own.

The pool area was nice, very kid friendly, just like in the pictures.

We enjoyed our stay at the Nemo Cay Resort.

Beautifully furnished, plenty of room for my family of 5. Netflix on TV.. Made it difficult to leave condo. The pool was too crowded so we were not able to enjoy the pool but we're happy with our quiet location of the condos' end unit. Padre Escapes was able to send someone out immediately when the living room tv was not working, turns out the remote was hidden in the sectional. Loved the unit but it is not walking distance to the beach. Great condo for relaxing!!

We loved the condo. It was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. The pool and playground were great as well! The whole transaction from reservation to checkout was smooth also. I highly recommend it!
