This was the perfect location for taking our grandkids on Spring Break. The heated pool saved us as the weather was cool and super windy. Our only suggestion is to replace the living room furniture cushions, as the cushions are lacking, as well as the dining room chairs. The kitchen had all the things we needed. We hope to get the same unit next year.

Had an awesome time staff n grounds were perfect n friendly the condo was alittle hot n the beds were uncomfortable didn’t sleep well. Our sofa was well used kinda old needs to be replaced. Beaches were beautiful. The bar next door was loud late at nite but it’s a bar.

Great location, walking distance to the beach. It was very convenient to have a condo on the first floor. However, the unit that we stayed in was very outdated. It could certainly use some nicer furniture and décor.

The AC unit didn’t cool the second bedroom and leaked out into the hallway. Luckily we spent most of our time on the beach. I informed the property upon checkout.

This was first time staying at Surfside. We had a late arrival and they were accommodating for us. Upon arrival we were surprised to see that their parking lot was very small. When we entered the condo there was an odor (kind of went away once the AC was going). The condo seemed clean until we sat down for dinner and found that the table had not been wiped down. We also found benadryl pills (after researching them) under the blankets in the bedroom with the king bed. Considering the amount we pay for the rental I was also disappointed to see that the condo could use some renovations. The Condo is located within walking distance to the beach and the pool is nearly door side. We would consider staying here again but maybe in a different unit.
