Surfside 110

We really enjoyed our stay in this room. The building was older looking but our rental was exactly as the pictures showed and clean. Great amenities and location. We want to make this a yearly trip now and would love to stay here again.

This was our second time staying at Surfside and I was really impressed with this Condo! It was really well decorated and comfortable. Where it is located in the facility is very convenient and super quiet. We will definitely request this one again.

Everything was great except the recliners did not pull out or go in all the way.
The shower controls were backwards, but we didn't find out until the morning of checkout, so we had cold showers during our stay. Please leave a note for renters. We love staying at Surfside and will be back to the property.

Our time at Surfside was amazing!! The condo fit our family just right, it had enough space to move around especially making dinner in the kitchen. The couches reclined and comfortable to sleep on. Our children slept like babies in the beds. Everyone LOVED the shower! It provided different settings and angles. We enjoyed the hop and a skip to the pool after a long day at the beach while cooking up some BBQ on the grill. Plenty of grills to choose from. There was a nice outdoor shower area to rinse of the sand before heading to the pool or indoors. We appreciated the gate system for security! Also, I must mention how close the condo was to the beach, if you're a runner it's a short run to the beach for your morning or evening workout. The grocery store and Dollar General was about a mile or so away for those items that were forgotten. We are already planning our next trip. We definitely recommend.

A delightful stay! Beautiful interior decor with absolutely comfortable furniture and beds for rest and relaxation. Ideal location with a short walk to the beach or pool courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped for any meal prep and cook. Definitely want to return sooner than later.

This is our 4th winter staying at Surfside and our 3rd staying in unit 110. The property is nicely maintained especially the grounds and pool area. The location is directly across the parking lot to the beach. The unit is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The new owners were very responsive to our request for updated or needed items. We look forward to returning next year!

We had a great time and will return. Our unit needed some TLC (outlets, shower). Property should stock charcoal for BBQs, and some beach gear.

The place is great. However, my son is in a wheelchair and to get him in the shower was difficult. The entrance to the shower is small.

Place was dirty when we checked in. Fingernail clippings on the dresser. Floors were filthy with food. Unit needs updating and better sofa. Overall felt dirty with mold in the shower. I would not stay in that unit again. Staff was nice and responsive which helped but I would not recommend it to anyone.

Thank you for the feedback, housekeeping is a tough job and we all make mistakes from time to time. Usually our inspectors catch this type of issue, unfortunately they must?ve missed it this time. Our stay started in a unit that had a very fowl odor and a pest problem. The staff came to asses the situation with the odor and once they determined it couldn’t be rectified on the spot we were transferred to another unit. Over all our stay at Surfside was enjoyable. The staff are all very kind. The beach is only 100 yards away and the parking is excellent.

Definitely recommend this open concept condo. The decor is neutral, bright, and beachy and we loved that it had tile throughout. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, appliances, and cookware. The beds were comfortable. The pool looked nice and they have a common area for grilling/smoking food. There is an outdoor shower area to rinse off from the beach. This condo is located right next door to the Office - quiet since they are closed at night. The ladies there were kind and answered any questions. The best part was the beach is literally across the street - a short walk and you are on the sand for an hour or the day. Don't have to move your vehicle although there is parking at the beach access parking lot, too. Forgot something? Super quick to walk back to the condo! Highly recommend.

This unit is nicely updated and well maintained. Padre staff are very friendly and responsive to any requests. The complex was under renovation during our stay and all of the updates look very nice. We look forward to returning to the same unit next year!

I will say it was a Dream Come True!! My children wanted to move in. The staff residence, other visitors, as well as the maintenance staff were friendly and fabulous to be around. LOVE IT!!!

The unit is exactly as pictured. We had a couple of issues that we addressed with the property management and they handled promply. Everyone was very friendly. The courtyard is maintained beautifully.
The only negative thing I found was the cleaning fee, thought that was way to high. With that price we should not need to carry out the trash.
The place is right next to a well maintained beach!
