We really enjoyed our weekend stay at the condo. It was spotless, comfortable and had cute decor. It was perfect for a family of four. We liked being very close to the beach and also took advantage of the pool early in the morning before the crowd. The management staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was fantastic, we would love to return!

We had a great time with our three kids. Unit was great, super clean, well stocked. Our kids loved the pool! The only thing we struggled with was the exterior gate key! All the gates need servicing. The key will go into the lock but it takes some major work to open them! Everything else was wonderful!

The condo was very clean. My family and I felt very comfortable. Beach was within walking distance. I do have one complain about the shower - while showering, the shower curtain kept blowing/wrapping on us; I wish the shower curtain was plastic/sturdy material so that it stayed in place. We did travel with our young dog, it was unfortunate that the courtyard was off limits for him; one of us was unable to join the family in the courtyard for pool or grilling since he does bark when left alone; the guest staying below came looking for us the first day we left him in the condo while we were in the pool (we left him in condo for less than 10 min).
The pool water was very warm so not very refreshing; we preferred spending entire day at beach with our dog, since it is pet friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. While you can tell it's an older building, it was very well kept. The outside of the property looked fresh and clean and very well maintained. It's located directly across from the beach with a convenient address point.

Our unit was extremely clean and cared for upon arrival. This really was a convenient, enjoyable stay. It was an active complex with families taking advantage of the pool and grill amenities. Worth every bit of the stay.

I would most definitely stay at this property again. We had a family get together to spend time at the beach. The location was great. Easy to walk or drive within just a few minutes. The rental accommodated us very well. The beds were comfortable with plenty of towels for everyone. The decor was fresh and perfect for the location. The kitchen was supplied just enough to get you by. Our family really enjoyed the heated pool. A really good sized pool. Our family felt safe, loved the location and how laid back it was. We all had a great time no complaints. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location right by the beach. Quiet. Office staff was really nice and helpful! Had to re-wash dishes before we could use them, but I have to do that at home too if anyone else does them. Ha! Overall, was a really nice place to stay. Would definitely go back!

Very comfortable and clean accommodations, kitchen well equipped for making family meals. Great time with our family with an easy walk to the beach and the pool in the courtyard was well maintained. Played golf at Palmilla and great restaurants in Port Aransas.

We had a very relaxing stay at Surfside. This was our third stay there and it was the there. We stayed for the month of January and really enjoyed it. Weather was a little on the cool side but we walked the beach every day. This was the best unit we have stayed in. We plan on staying there again.

My family has been coming to Surfside Condos for 40 years and been very satisfied. The last visit in late July was a sour experience. There was not even a cube of ice on arrival after 3 hours driving on a hot day. We are told stove didn't work and would be replaced the next day. It came on our 3rd day there and installers blew fuses, so it didn't work. Electricians came one hour before our departure and were told to return after we left.
This meant we were unable to cook any meals, so this made it a costly and unpleasant getaway. A reimbursement by management only covered the cost for one dinner out. Other than this, the apartment was clean and comfortable with plain and simple decor.

We were close to the beach, the jetties and had a pool. So I could sleep in while my husband could get up early to fish. My teenage kids could come and go without worries. It was a casual setting, which was just what we were looking for.

A beautiful Condo, great upgrades. Perfect stay for us we have stayed at surfside for over 40 years annually and this was the first year upstairs .so glad we chose this room #217 .They all kitchen needs! For the most part things were pretty good. It did get off to a bit of a rocky start because the AC was not working when we checked in and the batteries needed to be changed out in the control unit. Then we found dog poop under our bed and a used men’s deodorant as well. I was not about let my new wife see any of this and quickly got rid of it all be fore she arrived. It was a bit of an inconvenience and disappointing and not sure that I would stay there again because of it.

This is certainly surprising and disappointing if it's true. We have every property cleaned then inspected before arrival so dog poop and a used men's deodorant under the bed would be a first. We will be sure to address it with the cleaning team and inspector. Thank you for the feedback.
