We had such a great time staying at Village by the Beach. They were super clean and the house was super cold. It was spacious and plenty of room. The only challenge was the parking lot but other than that excellent place. We will definitely be back next year.

Our stay was a delight! Such a cute place and decorated beautifully. We brought most everything we needed but it was nice to have all the essentials there. As much as we drank coffee, either bring your own coffee pot or some vinegar to clean the pot as it brewed slow. Also, bring your own large pan as the one there needed to be replaced. Other than those 2 minor details, the stay was fantastic and we would definitely stay again!

Loved it!! Only wish there was a back door! But being poolside was so nice! Could watch kids from the patio. I wish they had less mosquitoes or provided citronella candles for the patio area and poolside. Bad time of year i guess!

Great size for a small family! The condo was mostly clean (floors need to be mopped) and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Only real problem we had was the master bedroom tv- it burned out, so we didn't get to use it, but that was okay. The kids really enjoyed the pool! It's spacious enough that you don't feel crowded when there are a good amount of people in it. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay here again!

The property looks just like the pictures. Property is very well maintained. Very close to beach and pool. We really enjoyed our stay here.
We had only 3 minor issues - Glasses were not cleaned good (lipstick stains still on glasses in cabinet), washer and dryer are stacked (I am short had to use step ladder to operate dryer) and Other occupants do not follow the rules (Wed night people and kids in pool until midnight - very loud - (glass was found in the pool the next morning)
Overall we would stay at this location again.

Great location with a pool. Only a few blocks to the ocean. Nice condos with your own little gated patio. The inside had very nice “beach” decor. Nice wood type floors and granite counters. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you

My family spent part of our August vacation at Village By the Beach and we absolutely loved it. It was such a relaxing and comfortable place to stay and we all loved the pool! Everything was clean and nice. Our only disappointment was that we didn’t book more nights there. We look forward to our next visit!

We have stayed at these townhouses before however the last one we stayed at was a 2 story. We were excited to stay here again, however were looking for a one story with the same set up only because i have a 3 year old i didn't want to have to worry about climbing steps. As expected, the townhouse was clean, spacious and ready to be enjoyed. They had washer/dryer, towels, all the things. The only thing I would change was having more towels for guests. I think it was only two towels per guest, so we had to wash almost every day (we stayed 5 days), and also keeping a few of the cabinets empty to be able to store perishables. I had to figure out where to put existing pans/bowels to be able to store the food we brought as we were not going to eat out because of the current COVID Pandemic. These two changes would not in one bit deter us from staying at this exact townhouse again. We had no problem checking in, everything worked perfectly, it was super clean and no problem checking out. We will def stay again in this same townhouse.

It was very good. Very clean and so homey to stay at! The beds are amazingly comfortable!!!
Only issue was the microwave door is broken. Probably need to have someone take a look at it.
Will definitely be requesting another stay soon.

We had a relaxing weekend. The condo was homey and in a great location...
It had a bad odor when I first walked in, only in the living kitchen area. I was told someone would come by to take care of it but no one ever came. Other than that we had a blast.

Wonderful condo, very colorful and comfy. We would have love new pan and pot (just one pot the right size and a lot of a scratch on everything else).
Padre escape should do something for the rats outside the condo. We had a lot of poop rat in the patio even on the outside sofa and a lot of other condo at some too. Except that we love the proximity of the beach, the heated pool and the condo.

First time staying in a townhouse, we usually stay in a hotel. We loved the house was we stayed at. It was so convenient, in a great location, and the pool was wonderful. Customer service was excellent as well. We would definitely go back again!

We loved the location of the rental and the view of the pool. Once you settle in from the drive and get to relax it's perfect. You have everything you need and could ask for all in one location.
The only advice I have is for the owners is that after visiting with a few of the people that are in the pool, come to find out most don't even stay at the rentals. They are locals that know they can use the pool access with out having to have a key card or anything. I was really upset seeing how many drive up and use the pool daily like it's no big deal. My family paid to enjoy time down here.

The room had a smell to it. I think it was the carpet in the main room. Otherwise the room was great! Very clean had all the amenities we needed. Kids had a blast at the pool and in the splash pool. Rental company was unorganized and kept getting our paperwork confused. Maybe it was because I booked 3 rooms. Either way we will be back!

We had a great experience staying here. Plenty of room for 6 people, the kids enoyed the pool! We were really close to the beach ( walking distance). And it was really quite! We couldn't hear neighbors or cras.

Was happy overall, however there were 3 roaches I killed the first night. The 2nd night our ceiling fan in the guest room went out along with all bathroom lights. Called the # on the Terence sheet and I had to argue with the guy to come fix the stuff; it was 10:30 at night and we needed the fans and lights to work. After telling him I paid a good amount of money to stay here he FINALLY came.

Unfortunately at some of the newer complexes you can occasionally see a few bugs but they are setup with pest control now so that will get taken care of quickly. We weren't trying to argue with you on coming out we were just trying to explain that it was a simple breaker flipping and how to fix it. We loved our first visit to Corpus Christi!! This condo was brand new very well stocked and beautiful!! Plenty of room for everyone and pool was right outside our front door. It was just amazing. If we come back to Texas this is defiantly where we will stay again!! Thanks for a great week!

We were very very satisfied with the condo we stayed in! It was a block from the beach as stated. The pool was great! We wished for a hot tub but nothing else. The property owned grills were great! We called management about how to work the TV remotes and they had someone call us back very quickly. Everyone in our party said they would come back again.
