Property was great, location is perfect, close to stores while still feeling remote. The fishing was awesome and the pool was spotless. The only thing that can use improvement is the bed, I woke up with back pain from it but wasn’t a deal breaker for me, 10/10 would recommend!

We have stayed in this same complex a few times and this is one of the best ones. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The location is excellent. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock right in front of the place. We enjoyed the main balcony and watched the sunset every night. The management company was very helpful and available when needed. I highly recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay. Bedrooms were very comfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware we needed. Great view!!! Small downside was the lack of water pressure in the sinks in the bathrooms. And I wish the pool was in better shape. Overall love this place and will be staying here again.

We enjoyed the property. We’ve stayed in several units at this location. This is among the better. It was clean & comfortable. My only complaint would be the temperature of the second bedroom. I like to sleep in mid to upper 60s & that was not about to happen. I had a fan next to my head & slept ok.

Very clean! Lot's of updated appliances and electronics! This was the nicest condo we stayed at since we've been coming to this complex. We've stayed here at this complex about 5-6 times now. All of our previous stays have been in the ground level condos.
I loved the cleanliness. The extra, trash bags, toilet paper, detergents for laundry and dishes was a nice touch too.

The entire place was wonderful! Everything was perfect. My oldest loved being able to go downstairs fishing at any hour of the day. The condo is packed with plenty of games which made it nice when taking a break from the heat. My kids left there begging to go back next year!

My family of 4 truly enjoyed staying at this 2-bedroom gem on the canal in Corpus. It's right over the bridge from the best restaurants in town and close to the beach. We loved relaxing on the balcony and fishing off of the private dock. You'll love this place! We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It is clean, comfortable, and cool! We took the boat out fishing every day and the condo was a good place to return to. We parked our boat right outside the front door in diagonal parking in the median portion of the street. It is just a short drive to bait shops and boat ramp. We could’ve left the boat in the water behind the condo but we prefer to pull it out of the water. Padres Isles was very helpful, friendly, and they have great communications.

I always stay in one of the condos at Puenta Vista these condos are always exceptional especially when they are facing the intercostal waterway the views are priceless with the birds and occasional dolphin siting. I am never disappointed with area. the condo was very clean and had everything I needed.

We have enjoyed staying here over the years because of the location on the water and garage access for our fishing gear and kayaks. This trip was even more enjoyable now that the condo has been renovated. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Great place on water...master bathroom toilet flush constantly ran long time for fill..probably needs new tank valve ($15 fix)...floors had sand..needed swept upon arrival and counters not wiped down and sheets had stains..pay high cleaning fee for that?..probably not use again.

The good: The location was perfectly convenient to fishing and the beach. It was very easy to get to, which you should know if you booked it. The garage is great and keyless entry makes it a breeze. The views are wonderful, and having two balconies is incredible. There are plenty of blinds to make sure the heat does beat you down or wake you up too early. The outdoor furniture and fridge are new.

The Bad: It stuunnkk like cigarettes. Like old stained cigarettes - not that someone was just smoking in it. The smell was attempted to be covered up by half a bottle of febreeze, which made it worse. The tile is broken in many places and grout is falling out. The floor was barely cleaned, and really needs a steam mop. Grey grout was actually black on most of the floors. In general, the place needs some love, updating, deep cleaning, and replace anything with fabric holding cigarette smells. We tried airing the place out again and again, but it didn't work. Ultimately we avoided being in the house when possible due to the smell.

The smell of smoke is not something we typically hear about this property. Perhaps there was someone in a near-by property who was there on vacation and they were on their patio smoking. Not sure but again this is not a typical complaint. We will make sure to treat the property with an ozone machine and check on your other concerns as well. Thank you again for the feedback. It was a great vacation rental on the bay at Corpus Christi. Offered three patio areas and a garage. It was in a quiet neighborhood. Also had a dock on the bay for fishing which we also launched our kayaks from. Would definitely book it again. Enjoyed great food at Docks.

We enjoyed the visit and the room was exceptional. Bring your bug spray though the mosquitoes are on attack mode. We did encounter a bug, however it had just had a pest control spray so probably why.
Plenty of room and the view was amazing of the sunset.

My husband, our adult daughter and I really enjoyed this condo. Loved the view from the deck and really loved that you could fish right there on the dock. The beds were really comfortable and extra pillows and blankets were available if needed. We loved the location and restaurants and stores were all real close by. Highly recommend this condo!

Stayed for a fishing trip with a good friend and my 10-year-old son. Condo was just right for this. Reasonably good boat parking, fish cleaning table and great room. The view from this location is tough to beat. Room was in excellent condition. Wi-Fi didn’t work, which was fine, other than that everything works well.

Overall our experience and stay were excellent. Great directions, great location, very clean, spacious and very nice. The only item that I believe prevent this from being a 5 star experience is the fact that I was required to make full payment 2 weeks prior to arrival with no option to cancel the reservation without a penalty. I was informed any cancellation after full payment would require me to forfeit all monies paid in advance. Unfortunately, none of us have the luxury of saying nothing will happen that would allow me to pay without fear of losing over $500.00 paid in advance.

We can down with friends and had a wonderful time at the condo. The pool was wonderful and the parking was fabulous. We had a boat and didn't have a problem finding a place to park it. The boat slip right outside the condo was very convenient.

Great Place to stay!. Staff was very kind enough to let me check in early, Condo was very nice and neat with a great vibe. took my parents for the weekend and they loved it, my dad & my mom were both very fascinated by the view on the back and was so happy they were able to go fishing behind the condo. my parents and I have decided we will be making this trip every year and will be staying here every time we come to Corpus.

Best thing was the view. Got to see birds and fishes jumping. Close to the beaches and Schlitterbon(sp?).
Really disappointed that the listing mentioned a twin but in reality it is just a mattress, not an actual bed. My son had to sleep on the pullout bed that was, as all pullouts are, uncomfortable. Even had we wanted to use the twin mattress, there really is not room in the unit to place it. Had we known this, we would have booked a larger unit with an extra bed.
Furnishings were very worn and dirty and the unit wasn't cleaned very well overall. Hairs in the shower and floors of the bathroom, couches with bits of food stuck to them, one of the balconies had standing water etc.
My teen son wouldn't even take a shower because he said the heads were way too low and the shower itself was "scary dirty."
Told the service our main concern about the twin when we checked out a day early and manager was supposed to get back with us, but hasn't so far.I hope the listing gets updated in any event.
Overall, very disappointed in what the unit was like in person.

Just a three day fishing trip so we didn't spend a lot of time in the condo. But everything was fine.
Being able to use the garage space was a big plus for storing fishing equipment at night.

It was nice and relaxing time with the family only caught a small perch during the stay. Only thing was it didn’t have enough bath towels only like 8 for the whole stay and some of the rails were loose in the balcony so had to keep the children inside or away from the edge of the balcony.The place is close by most of the restaurants and stores.
