Today, our state-of-the-art, 6,000+ sq. ft. facility is a cornerstone of our operational success and a direct investment in the quality of your property.

Housekeeping
In 2019, Padre Escapes made the big decision to move from subcontracting every clean to 100% in-house housekeeping. The #1 deciding factor to switch from independent contractors to in-house employees was simple: Control.
Moving our housekeeping department in-house allows us to control several factors that we would not otherwise have control of when working with independent contractors.
We know the capabilities and limits of each cleaner. We can also track who are in the properties at any given time. If we have cleaning issues, or have praise to give, we know exactly who to go to.
We’ve all heard it before, consistency is key! By training our staff, we can ensure which cleaning chemicals are used, how they are used, and the ability to make mandatory meetings possible. This goes hand in hand with accountability, as it gives us the power to hold housekeepers accountable for their cleans, which we believe is a critical component.
Our Director of Housekeeping, keeps track of multiple key points (number of properties assigned, amount of callbacks, as well as guest/owner issues, etc.). This data tracking also allows us to give credit where credit is due, shining lights on those who do a remarkable job or use setbacks as teachable moments.
gUEST sERVICES
Our Guest Services Team plays a critical role in delivering the seamless guest experience we’re known for. As the final step in our quality assurance process, they carefully check each property after housekeeping to ensure it meets our high standards. Their sharp attention to detail ensures every home is clean, consistent, and truly guest-ready—helping us deliver comfort, reliability, and a top-tier experience from the moment guests arrive.
To help maintain this seamless experience, we know how important it is to have what you need, when you need it. That’s why we maintain our own on-Island stockroom. By keeping essential supplies close at hand, we eliminate unnecessary delays and ensure our team can respond quickly—without ever leaving the Island. In the busy summer months, every minute counts, and being prepared makes all the difference.
Maintenance
We like to say that stuff happens, and when it does, we have a team for that.
Our in-house maintenance team takes pride in leaving properties better than they found them and ensuring that properties are in tip-top shape. With over 50 combined years of experience and 24/7 availability, they know how to get the job done right the first time.
From hanging TVs, to drywall and paint, as well as minor plumbing and appliance repairs, our team can handle just about anything we throw at them. Most management companies outsource this work to costly contractors, or less experienced maintenance techs, resulting in extra expenses for owners.
We know that every situation is different, therefore, when our team encounters an out-of-the-ordinary issue, our in-house Repair Coordinators will reach out to go over possible solutions with you. Sometimes repairs make sense, yet other times replacements make more sense. In the event our in-house maintenance team are unable to do the scope of work, we reach out to a vast group of trusted contractors.
