The location, layout, decor was all great. We wanted to love this place but the smell stole the show. The home had a musty, smoke smell throughout the entire home. I’m not sure if there were past smokers in the residence or what. There was also a past leak in the upstairs toilet room, so there is a big water stain and potentially mold in the ceiling as you walk in.
