Enjoyed our stay
We stayed at this location in the beginning of Jan. It was 5 of us so I thought we give it a try. The king bed was great. We had a good sleep on it. The bunk beds my kids did like. They had storage underneath so they put their items in it. Now the sofa bed was another story. My son slept on it was he said it was not good at all. It needs to be updated asap. You could feel the springs in the bed and was not comfortable at all. The washer and dryer were so close to the bunk beds that it made it very hard to get the clothes out of the washer. But we managed to get it but I’m sure not everyone will be able to bend awkward to reach it. The house had everything we needed to cook with. The pool was steps from the door. My kids loved the pool with the slides. We didn’t go into the community center this time around but the last time we enjoyed the game room. Overall we would rent again and hope the sofa bed was replaced.

Great for a couple or very small family
We actually made a last minute booking. This was a good overflow location for some of us. Would be great for a couple and maybe 2 small kids. There was a distinct chemical smell but that was from a cleaning of the couch and they weren't anticipating a rental that weekend. Good location to Whitecap beach.

OUR STAY - ARUBA BAY
The toilet was broken. We had to remove the top and in order to flush we had to pull the ballcock chain.
The bed was NOT comfortable. We had back aches.

Won’t stay here again
This is our second time staying here. First time was okay, second was terrible. Booked a pet friendly room only to be told a few weeks before our trip that room was no longer available. Ac didnt work, had to stay up til 1pm for them to repair.

Aruba Resort
Location was good but the place we stayed at wasn’t as what we expected. I had to pull out the bedsheet and replace with it one folded in the cabinet. I didn’t realize it was a twin sheet but we used it because the queen sheet on the bed had hair in more than one place. I was grossed out. So my husband and I shared a twin sheet as a cover instead. The sofa had a hole on the arm (which I didn’t notice on the photo you posted of the place). The sofa also felt dirty. And it would have been better if the tv was mounted a little lower. It was hard to watch tv without getting a neck strain. Please provide instructions on how to operate your washing machine...when to add soap. Different machines require different instructions. Also instructions on how to use the tv remotes.

We’ve been customers of Padre Escapes (PE) for several years. I’m not sure we’ll stay at this particular property next time. I know PE has better ones.
