Excellent experience
This was our second year here, and we've already signed for next year. Everything about the property itself was wonderful. When we needed repairs, they were done quickly. One thing that brings it down slightly was the sofas. They're very soft and difficult to get out of. Basically, we sat in the barrel chairs the whole time (including last year) as they gave more support and fit shorter people better.

This is a vey nice rental, close to the pool. Nice view of the bay and just minutes from the beach. Just a heads up make sure you bring cooking spices, coffee filters for coffee maker. Would rent again

Family Memories created
Property was very nice and we made some great family memories including First Fish. Pros: plenty of space, very nice variety of activities on the grounds: backyard fishing, pickleball, swimming. Not so pro: I wish they had been more generous on towels and consumables like shampoo, body wash. There was smoke odor in the place (boo smokers!) and the floors could use a little cleaning. Pool noise was apparent - not sure residency is enforced. The couch (a foldout) was not comfortable at all to sit on - as most fold outs are. There were other chairs to sit in so that was good. Plenty of deck chairs on the balcony. Water access for fishing was great.

We will come back but wasn’t quite the home run we were wanting given the price.

Does not sleep 12 people.
This place was okay it was super clean. However it does not fit 12 people as noted so a few of us were out of the bed. There were also a couple really loud parties until about 2:00 in the morning but security did finally shut them down. It was really nice to be able to stay right by the water like that. More than anything we were just disappointed that every adult didn't have a place to sleep as listed. The top bunk will only hold one small child even though it's listed as a full size bed. When I alerted them about the problems with not having enough beds they kind of just brushed it off and didn't even offer me a partial refund.

We want to clarify that the property does sleep 12, and we list the bed setup clearly in the description to show how it accommodates that number. We understand that not everyone is comfortable sharing a bed, and while the top bunk is best suited for smaller guests, we do clearly list the number of occupants allowed so guests can plan accordingly. Very Unsatisfied ��
As I'm aware, the issue with being without power about 80% of our stay is out of the control of Padre Escapes, however the pool availability is. The pool was roped off with Caution tape both Friday and Saturday. As I have been booking with Padre Escapes every year, this year was a a disappointment
My condo is right next to the pool for the simple fact the kids have something to do. Especially that we had no light, the pool would have been very affective. I did talk to one of the maintenance reps and he did inform me the individual responsible for cleaning the pool was not answering calls. If I'm correct, a kid had an accident in the pool but the turnaround time to get the pool back to us customers was very poor. We basically had to sit in the dark for 2 days. Luckily the beach was available at sunlight.

Great Place to Stay
We wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect place for our family to stay while we were there for a TAMUCC graduation. It’s beautifully decorated, clean & comfy. Perfect place for fishing off the dock, which was a big hit with the kids! Definitely recommend and hope to return soon!
Only negative encounter is that the Keurig spews coffee everywhere. Other than that, perfect stay!

What An Amazing Place To Relax
What an amazing place to stay! We went for a girls trip and had the most relaxing time. Beautiful sunsets, close to the beach and the pool, patio with Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of room to spread out. Three bathrooms. Everything we needed to cook with! We have already booked our next trip to Fair Winds!

Well the unit was very nice and clean. Not a whole lot of utensils to cook with. There were plenty of roaches'. killed about 30 of them. Not happy about that. Very quiet, except for the pool part. Other people from other complexes came and used the pool. No one wore the bracelets that were in the condos to excess the pool. There should be stricter rules enforced for that area. All in all we would rent again.

Disappointed
We were inconvenienced without an operating oven. Plans had to altered for my grandchildren.

Great location
The place is very cute. The back of the house faces the water and a great spot to fish. We even saw dolphins from the back porch. The unit is right next to the pool which made it very convenient since we had young kids. The kids and adults had fun on the water slides

Great unit!
Aruba Bay is a fun place, especially with kids, the pool/slide area is a lot of fun for them. We stayed in a canal side unit with direct access to the pier and we had a lot of fun fishing. The unit itself was very spacious and had 3 full bathrooms, which was great for our family of 5. We would definitely stay in this unit again!
