Our home away from home!
We love Mermaid Bay! We have already booked for our third 2-month stay next year! Everything is excellent - cleanliness, location, furniture, ample space, absolutely everything you'll ever need in the kitchen, love the bright, white kitchen with granite counters, open and airy, comfortable beds and bedding, and well-lit grounds. Padre Escapes is super to deal with - very professional and efficient. We are always happy with our entire experience with this unit as well as the management of it.

Bright, beautiful, and comfortable in a perfect location!
Mermaid Bay was an incredible place for us to live for two months, and we have already booked for next year! This is a newer condo with plenty of space (seats 8 at the dining table!), an open kitchen with quality utensils and every appliance you will need (crockpot, blender, waffle iron, and more!), comfortable beds and linens, and three full baths. The location is totally safe and well-lit at night and the entire property, inside and out was clean and well-maintained. There are nice sized TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms. It is an easy 7ish minutes (2 blocks) walk to the beach or you can drive and park for free in a large parking lot. We love this condo! It is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Padre Escapes is great to work with and super responsive to any questions or concerns.

Very nice condo, definitely recommend it!
We have stayed here before, and chose the same condo again for our most recent stay. The resort is very nice and the room is great. It was very clean and included everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was great - beds were comfortable and the living/kitchen/dining area had plenty of space. The pool was really nice as well and the slides made it fun (we had to coerce a few to try it haha). There were 6 of us and we really enjoyed our stay!

Definitely would book again!
We loved this booking! Great location and environment. Pool was great for the kids, although it did look way bigger in the pictures the kids still enjoyed it very much. The only thing we didn’t like was the home we booked had a stench of pets. I guess with us not being pet people we weren’t used to that stench. But other than that everything was great. Loved it!

Everything in the pictures are spot on. It was so peaceful, felt right at home. The place was spotless too. The pool and the pickle ball court was a nice add. The pool area even had a nice covered area with a nice waterfront view. If you are a beach lover, the beaches were also walking distance but you are also able to drive on the beach. I loved it �� Just an overall great experience.
