Booked here for the purpose of fishing off the docks. What happened the 5 green lights that were in place when this place first opened 5 years ago...we were disappointed 2 years ago and are disappointed again on this trip...will you ever have the green lights in place like when Aruba Bay opened?

Community has good amenities and is close to the beach. The pool is fun and clubhouse is a nice facility.

Did not like the check-in process. Details were sent prior to check-in but only about 30 minutes prior. Due to technical issues, the instructions were not received until we called and waited to ensure the text finally came through. Why wait?

The house had a musty smell, likely due to the high humidity. There were hairs all over the couch which then created a distrust of the cleanliness of the house.

They only provide 1 towel per each sleeping arrangement, 2 dishwasher tablets, and 1 laundry wash. I do not understand short-term rentals that are stingy on cleaning supplies. How do you expect your guests to "refresh" their own towels if they cannot wash them? Why skimp on dish soap which makes it difficult to stay in and leave a clean rental? Leave extra cleaning supplies at a minimum. This might cost you an extra $5 per stay but saves in the long run with much cleaner homes.

Fridge was turned up high so frozen foods started to thaw and fridge wasn't keep milk and dairy cold. Once discovered, we adjusted the fridge and after waiting overnight, had an operable fridge again.

The house was nicely set up and I especially loved the location to the Beach and the bay! I would recommend to have more towels available for bathing. Especially on longer stays. The beds were comfy and had everything we needed!

The rental was like new, clean and comfy and I would recommend. The only problem we had was the text message sent during our stay stating the quarterly bug spraying would be in two days. We politely texted back and asked it to be rescheduled for the following day-the day we were to check out-as we had people with multiple health issues and young children and didn't want them exposed to chemicals. They said "no". After texting again and being told "no" again, we talked to the site manager who said, "No problem, they will not spray." IF we had been told when we made the reservation about a quarterly bug spraying, we would have asked for our money back and made reservations elsewhere. (The resort was practically empty so it wouldn't have been a problem.) Please let your guests know BEFORE they make their reservations about spraying-some can't tolerate ANY chemicals (even supposedly 'non-toxic' ones). Thank you to the kind manager who solved the problem.

We had a great stay at No Crabby Attitudes. The condo had plenty of room. We loved the location to the pool. It was clean when we got there and the one thing a lot of condo owners go cheap on is the mattresses. This one had high quality, locally purchased mattresses on the main beds. We will definitely be back.

Overall, we were quite pleased with the accommodations. At first, it seemed a bit more compact than we expected (no way that it could fit 12 people because the bunk room was quite crowded with two double bunk beds) but for the four adults that we had, it fit our needs quite well!

The entire condo was bright, clean and well-decorated with the exception of a huge square hassock that completely overtook the sofa area and left nowhere to place drinks and made it very awkward to reach the seating areas when others were already seated. The kitchen was quite well-stocked with basic necessities and a few unexpected extras.

The upstairs deck is a wonderful plus. It is a very relaxing area and is quite enjoyable to take a book to sit and read. This area is shared between both upstairs bedrooms and It overlooks the pool and clubhouse as well as the channel on the other side. Pool is cleaned daily and the clubhouse is always open with an attendant. The grounds are meticulously cared for as well.

The location is another plus, with a grocery stores, a dollar store, convenience stores, restaurants, a bakery, and etc nearby as well as being close to the beach and the channel.

If you’re wanting a clean, well-located place to stay, this may be just right for you!

Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at this condo. Really everything you need. Enjoyed the second floor balconies, where you have a view of the water from behind another building. Beds are comfortable, nice large seating area and kitchen. Only drawback was, we accidentally left some clothes behind in the master bedroom. We called the next day, but they were never found. So not sure about the cleaning staff who must’ve kept our clothing. But we do recommend the unit itself, just don’t leave anything.

Thank you for your feedback. We also love the water view from the balconies in this property! As for the items that were thought to be left behind, all staff members are vetted prior to hiring and we do not have an issue with any keeping items they find - they have returned cash, credit cards, wallets, jewelry and many more valuable items. We trust our cleaning and inspection staff and have not had any issues with items being turned in when found. We always recommend doing a final walk through upon leaving the property to confirm all items were packed.
