Our Beach Time
We really enjoyed our stay! Great house, clean with comfortable beds, and furniture. Nice outdoor sitting space . Responsive management. The location is convenient and close to the beach. Great pool area etc. We could have used more than one hand towel for each bathroom, and would bring a stack if we stay there again.

Best of All Worlds!!
We had a lovely stay here and was perfect for older grandkids! Access to beach, pool and fishing was absolutely perfect!
We reported the porch lights and driveway flood lights were not working but were not remedied during our short stay, hopefully that was completed for the next guests!
We did not report (but doing so here) the smoke alarm near downstairs bedroom went off twice during our 3 day stay for no reason; might need the batteries changed since it was pretty loud!!

Nice location & clean comfortable property
We loved the location within walking distance to the beach. We also enjoyed tge pool with slides. The condo itself was clean and provided ample comfortable sleeping space. We are used to staying at VBROS with ice makers in fridge and such things provided such as salt, paper, pam, and general condiments. We haven't stayed in Texas so maybe that is why. My only complaint would be to provide more than one towel per person for your entire stay. We had a lot of activities, graduation, reception party going on and it was difficult to have clean towels everyday. Other VBRIS we have stayed in also provide pool and beach equipment, chairs, sunscreen, towels & umbrellas. We all flew from Nebraska and were fortunate one couple drove so we could send things we had to buy back home with them.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Family Getaway
This was a great property in a close location to the beach. The description of the property was accurate. We had 4 families stay at the property. Plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool and the slides. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying here for your next beach stay.

Always a great time
This was our 5th year to vacation in Corpus. We have stayed in this condo two years. It is perfect for a family. Unfortunately it rained most of the trip but we still had fun.

Great Stay at Our Beach Times
Location was great, close to the beach and all the stores/restaurants. The property page on the site says 5 min walk to the beach, it’s more but still close. If you have kids and a lot to bring to the beach I would drive not walk. I run a couple miles a day and I enjoyed being able to run on the Seawall and see the water. They have a pool on site, great for kids after they have enough of the beach. The property also offers gas grills and a couple charcoal ones too, which is really great if you want to cook and not eat out every meal. They have a dock you can walk down and fish off of too. Really great location and very quiet. We enjoyed our week there, definitely be back next year!
Note for the property management- the shower upstairs has a curved shower rod that is screwed into the wall upside down or put in weird which made showering in there annoying because the shower curtain doesn’t stay closed.
