The kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an immersion blender/mixing set, Keurig and 12-cup coffee makers, and seating for ten. A high chair and pack ‘n play (upon request, no bedding included) are also available for little ones.

A. We provide all linens, towels, and starter supplies of soap, paper towels, and trash bags. You may need to replenish these during longer stays.

A. Two reserved parking spots are available in front of the home, with additional unmarked guest parking throughout the complex.

Cute, perfect and convenient

We have been staying at Aruba Bay Resort for several years now and each Town house is great. Sea Haven is no different. Its cozy and comfortable. My only complaint is the others people renting dont follow the rules and do whatever they want. The town house next us had lots of people constantly coming and going. They wanted to use our parking space then set up a game of corn hole out front of our property because they had no room due to the number of cars they had. Another town house down the way also had lots of people and parked 4 cars in front of their town home blocking the road allowing for barely 1 car to drive by at a time. The property management needs to do a better job of regulating this to ensure everyone's safety.

Bad Stay

Troubles started when we came back from the beach to find out the Washer and Dryer did not work. Called the Property manager who was prompt to send someone out, but they failed to fix the problem. We had to go without using the washer dryer through out our stay, put a big damper on when we had to go to the beach and other activities while hand washing and driving. When we contacted the owners, all we got was an apology. We paid a lot to destress and kick back on a vacation, not to be cramped for time. Also we had broken sofa that we could not use in the living room.

We understand how important it is for everything to run smoothly during a vacation, and we regret the inconvenience caused by the washer and dryer. Once the issue was reported to us, our maintenance team responded promptly the same day to assess and reset the unit. When it became clear that additional service was needed, we scheduled a licensed appliance technician, who was able to replace the faulty dryer thermostat and complete the repair the following day with the owner’s approval. We appreciate your patience during that process. Regarding the living room sleeping arrangement, there is no sleeper sofa provided; instead, guests have access to a Murphy bed as an alternative sleeping option. We apologize if that information wasn’t clear prior to arrival. If there were additional furniture concerns, we would have been happy to investigate further had we been made aware during your stay. We truly value your feedback and will use it to continue improving both our communication and response times. Thank you again for staying with us.

Fourth of July weekend

The place is just as the online pictures. Very spacious and comfortable. No problems checking in. Pool areas are great. Kids and adults had a blast. Second year back and planning the third.

Sea Haven

It was relaxing and peaceful. Everyone had a bed to sleep on and it was cozy. The kitchen area is great. Would definitely stay again �� We even extended our stay. The only down fall was they kept on forgetting to send us the door code when we extended our stay.

So fun!

Perfect Bachelorette Getaway!

The home was incredible, and fit us perfectly! The host gave us a welcome basket that included fun things for the bride. The house was clean, in an excellent location, and was perfect for what we were needing. I highly recommend this spot, and we will definitely be returning!!
