Great Airbnb and location!
This place was great for the 3 of us. The beds were comfortable, house was clean, great location to get to beach or main park road 22. The place was very quiet. Appreciated that they had box fans in the closet to use for sleeping as I forgot my travel one had home. We didn’t use the amenities of pool or pickleball but was well maintained from what we saw.

Cozy place to stay
The condo was well equipped with towels, blankets and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen also had everything needed to cook just about anything. The decor was beautiful as well.

Nice property, close to the drive on beach
The unit itself was clean and stocked with appropriate kitchen items. It sleeps 7 and we had 7. 1 bath wasn't too much of a problem. Good wifi and TV coverage. Cons: Outside furniture is shabby. Most items were stocked appropriately, but could use more TP even as a starter. The property has a nice pool, but it didn't seem to be cleaned at regular intervals. It was a good stay and I recommend it to others.

Quick Beach Visit
The accommodations are nice, however the unit is missing some very key items to ensure a positive experience.

Positives:The beds were nice and the decor was very fitting. There was a lot of pots and pans for use.

Negatives: There was no tupperware with lids to hold leftovers while on site. No starter shampoo or conditioner was provided. No salt or pepper. Everything was just to the minimum in regards to items available for use. I personally run an STR and it goes a long way to have things that will allow guests to enjoy their stay without having to run to the grocery store the moment they get to the home. The unit was overall clean, but the return air vent was full of dust.

Nice functional space...could use some TLC
Location is great..easy beach access and drive to activities, food etc. Property Management was kind and prompt. Zero issues with check in/out. The unit had ample space for our family of 5 and was generally nice. Clean beds, sheets, towels. Cons were the main couch was worn and sunken in and there was a weird smell upon initially entering unit. Back door was worn and hard to open and close. The pool was not clear/was hazy likely due to amount of people using it. It also had a lot of build up on the tiles and bird nests around the water slides. But...still fun and functional especially for families.

Nice Vacation Spot
Celebrated my daughter’s 50th birthday with her 3 boys! We had lots of fun at the beach and then the pool area. Glad we brought games to play indoors when the weather didn’t cooperate, though. Although pets were allowed, there wasn’t any grass area nearby. Lots of pretty beach decor, but could have used more kitchen accessories and bathroom items.

Nice and close to the beach
I wish it had two bathrooms. The no salt and pepper is silly. That's a basic necessity. I was worried about noise from traffic but it wasn't an issue. Underneath the big bed was lots of random trash. The trash can didn't have a lid. Overall it was nice.

Thank you for your review Courtney! We will speak with our inspectors and cleaners about the importance of checking under beds, thank you for letting us know. As for the salt and pepper, this is not something we can leave behind in units as it is easily tampered with and can pose a major liability for all parties. We hope to have you back again!
