Aruba Bay Resort Rental
Aruba Bay Resort was an excellent choice I made for my family and I, not only was it was very clean but spacious and just felt like home. The manager was very helpful and made it easy to settle right in. Plus, I have to mention the swimming pool which has two huge slides and I know your children will love it just as much as mine did!

Amazing!! Great location!!
It was perfect location to walk to the beach and to go fishing to the canal. Nice gesture, a pumpkin pie in the fridge for thanksgiving! Rooms and bed, wonderful for our family of 6! The shower needs more pressure, wondering if all other units had same pressure? Very clean and comfortable!

Good place
This was good place. Might come back later. Couple of issues we saw:

- head clearance on the double bunk bed was low. The first level clearance was too low you'll hit your head if you don't watch out. Even for kids!

- Maybe owners can provide netflix account in the TV but otherwise it's good.

- Internet is super fast. Amazing.

- Pest control guy came in for 2 minutes. Property managers had to coordinate with us. It was annoying because we don't want to be disturbed while on vacation. It was only for 2 minutes but I have never experienced this in other properties.

- pots and pans are a bit old but it's fine. Beggars can't be choosers. I am thankful there are utensils.

- we only got 2 dishwasher soap and 1 detergent soap for a 6-night stay. They should be mindful. I think it makes sense to give more.

- There's a camera for back patio but there is notice so it's fine.

- There's free grill around the area in the yacht club. They should mention it as perk. It was awesome.

Roaches!
At first, it everything looked and seemed fine and clean. night one we thought we saw a bug, didn’t pay no attention then woke up in the middle of night and saw 2 roaches near bathroom. Couldn’t get to my phone fast enough to get pictures. Night 2, my daughter and wife were sleeping on top bunk. Wife sees something moving grabs her phone and saw roach crawling next to her then up the siding of the top bunk. She was disgusted. We stay in rentals like these because we don’t want to experience these kind of things. My wife called to explain what happened seemed like they didn’t care. Was told they were sorry and they regularly spray. If they do why was there roaches. I had paid $25 for early check in and that’s all the refunded me. Which is not ok. To literally have a roach crawling on you then next to you while you sleep... that was a slap in the face and in my opinion and not right.

Thanks for sharing this review. This is definitely not the experience we want guests to have, and I understand how unsettling a situation like that can be—especially in a sleeping area. We took the complaint seriously and had the property treated promptly, even though no further activity was found. Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t reported until after the stay, which limited our ability to respond in the moment. While sightings can happen in coastal environments, we remain committed to staying proactive. I agree that empathy and clear communication are essential, and we’ll continue working to improve both.

Great vacation spot for kiddos and pets!
We had a great stay at Whale Hello There. Everything was clean and lovely. The pool is warm and well maintained (the kids’ absolutely favorite spot!) and close to the beach, just a few blocks away. I recommend getting a beach parking pass to make everything really easy if you’ve got kids / docs / circus.

Check in and out was a breeze, nothing complicated or cumbersome. Will be coming back!!

Perfect and cozy
We stayed a weekend and it was great it was clean and ac worked great super close to the beach comfortable beds couldn’t have asked for a tree place to bring my family. Would definitely stay here again
