Beautiful Views
This is the second time we have enjoyed staying in this Puenta Vista unit. The sunrise and sunset views are spectacular. Padre Escapes is a wonderful property manager and the indoor of the unit very clean. The in hose waher/dryer was very convenient . The unit ciuld use some updating and the outdoor space could have been ckeaner. , but overall because of the views and excellent management we wiuld consider staying here again.

BAY BREEZE PUENTA VISTA 223
This is our second stay in Puenta Vista 223 . We have stated in other PV units too. This unit is well maintanied , very clean interior and has a washer/dryer. The sunruse/ sunset views are wonderful. Padee Escapes is a most wonderful property manager. The unit could use some updating and outdoor porch/veranda upkeep cleaning . Overall we had a wonderful stay. We prefer Puenta Vista condos when we come to visit Corpus Christi.

We love this unit!
We love staying here. This is our second time and we hope to come back next year as well. It has the most beautiful view out the back, it is central to all the things we do when we visit, it is clean and comfortable. The only criticism that we had was that the refrigerator made a loud noise for a good portion of the time we were there. Needs a little help.

Wonderful Stay
The condo was just as pictured. It was ready right on time... it was clean and smelled good upon arrival. There were 4 adults and 2 children in our group and we stayed comfortably. Beautiful view and we enjoyed fishing off the dock every night.

Great space!
Probably the best equipped condo I’ve stayed in on the island.....9 years and 4 different complexes. Air conditioner works great and the kitchen has everything you’d need( we cook rather than eat out).

Perfect Stay
We have a kiddo that's about to start attending college at TAMCC. The place was a perfect stay for our family of 5 while in town. We love to fish and while the fishing wasn't great, it was nice being able to walk a few feet out the door and cast a line. Easy access to all things Corpus and Padre Island. Will stay here again.

Checking Out the Padre Area
We totally enjoyed our stay on Padre. The condo was perfect for the time we were there. Our purpose for the visit was to see if Padre would be a great winter location to stay. After 3 days of sightseeing, beaches and relaxing, we decided to return for an extended stay in 2026.

This is a beautiful place to stay
We loved staying at this place! It was very clean and comfortable. It is very open and full of bright light, but the sun does not beat in through the windows directly. The location gives you amazing views of both the sunrise and sunsets, which cannot be beat. We also loved being in such close proximity to Port Aransas, Mustang Island State Park and our favorite restaurant, Snoopy's Pier. Thank you, we had lovely stay. We would love to stay here again next year!

WOULD YOU WANT A LITTLE REFUND?
VERY DISAPPOINTED BATHROOM WALLS HAD MOLD. AISO SOME OF A/C GRILLS HAD SOME AS WELL. DID NOT CARE FOR IT BEING UP STAIRS. ALSO HAD A BBQ PLANED AND MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT LET US IN POOL AREA DO TO SOME B.S. THE POOL WAS CLOSED!!! MANAGEMENT WAS RUDE ABOUT IT.

We were not informed the pool was closed, nor of any mildew in the property you stayed in. Corpus condo great getaway
We have stayed at this condo complex previously. This condo was great. It was clean with a good 3 bedroom layout on the second floor. We loved being able to fish from the dock just steps fron the door. No complaints. We would stay here again.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at this complex and Padre Escapes. I have booked this complex and used Padre Escapes the last 8 years. This unit had an ant problem and it wasn’t resolved. We checked in and there were ants all over the counter and sink, all along the walls, coming out of the stovetop clock, it was unbelievable . There was still stuff stuck to counters and the stove top, toothbrush still at the top of the bathroom mirror, dirt all over the floor. The cleaning service was terrible. I reached out to padre escapes about the ants, I took the cleaning upon myself. they did send the maintenance man, he had a bug spray with him but I didn’t want him spraying the floor/counters with it because we had a baby in there and also food on the counter and the ants were not on the floor it was the counter tops and above which was odd. So he left, and they were supposed to find another solution. We ended up leaving early because they eventually started coming up the bathroom sinks. It was too much. I didn’t hear back from Padre escapes until the next afternoon when I called to tell them we left. No refund or anything which is fine. I told them to get an exterminator in there. They made it seem like it wasn’t a big deal because the unit wasn’t “covered”, but any kind of pest is a big deal - I can handle a few, but this was hundreds of them, especially when you’re a guest in someone’s home. Not a good experience and will not be back or book with them. Hope it is resolved for the next guest.

Great Stay
Facility was clean and had great access to the water. Fishing for Reds was fantastic the first day! Good communication from the host and will return!

a nice fishing getaway
My experience is always great when I book with padre escapes the condo faced the packery channel and intercoastal waterway. spectacular sunsets, lots of birds to watch and fishing off one of the docks always makes my stay worthwhile. The condos here thru this agency are always clean and well taken care of. I love that they place a sheet of instructions with dishwasher tabs and extra trash bags everything is so organized. I always know what to expect. Hats off to Padre Escapes y'all, they provide the best experience, hands down your my #one people to go with when I come to the island.

Good stay
The unit has a nice water view. The boat dock was right out the door. It was a perfect fishing spot for my 86 year young dad, as he doesn’t walk well. The only fish we caught were a few hard head catfish, probably because the channel isn’t that deep and the days were really hot (in the 90’s). I liked having a full kitchen with appliances and dishes, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall good stay in a clean unit.

Fishing Trip
Perfect location. Great view. Clean/stocked condo. Front door was jammed. Several light fixtures didn't work. Pool keys didn't work. Pool was dirty and needs repairs.

Top of the line

The home was older, but comfortable. Furniture could be updated. The people who worked in the office were extremely helpful, and always nice. It was a little far out of Port A, but close to Corpus.

Nice place
We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to everything and the place was perfectly functional for our family. Would stay here again.

Water/Fishing Condo
Condo was nice and comfortable and we would probably stay again. We liked that there was a place to park our boat right outside the condo. There were a couple of things that we didn't like. One was that the main balcony was dirty with bird droppings. The tree and palm need to be trimmed to try and alleviate that. Also the pool was like a sauna. Never felt a pool so hot like it was heated. It was also cloudy and had lots of things floating in the water like cigarette butts and bugs. Needs to be maintained better.
