Beach Country Cottage CLV13K: Waterfront Complex W/ View Of Canal From Pool, King Bed + Washer & Dryer (6 night minimum)

Welcome to Beach Country Cottage, a second floor, two bedroom, two bath condo with a sparkling pool and across the street from beach access! You enter on the first floor and you'll find the living and kitchen area along with both bedrooms on the second floor. The living and kitchen area are spacious and fully furnished with everything you need on your vacation. The master bedroom includes a king size bed along with a private bathroom and the second bedroom offers a twin over full size bunk bed for the kids. You'll love taking a break from your busy life to enjoy the beautiful views of the water and relax on the community deck. Only a block away from beach access and some of the easiest water access you'll find anywhere on the Island. (6 night minimum)

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

-A six-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-NOT PET FRIENDLY.

Padre Escapes provides reasonably priced condos to stay at on or next to the Gulf. This unit was very nice and convenient to get to the Gulf to walk the beaches. It was recently remodeled and comfortable. The only problem was that the guest bathroom toilet was not working properly. But the people at Padre Escapes were understanding and helpful in trying to get it fixed. Unfortunately it was a serious problem and did cause some inconvenience.

Place was in a great location. Close to where we stayed last time we were in Padre. Condo could supply a few more towels considering it’s a weeks stay. Overal very pleased with our stay and would rent again. Pool was warm. Fishing dock behind condos were nice.

The unit definitely needs some maintenance. Lights didn't work. Carpet was wrinkled. Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Dryer squealed like there was an animal dying in it. Door lock was broken. But the location and view made it better.
