Our Happy Place on North Padre Island is your home away from home as the Blue Waters, soft sands, and bird songs surround your peaceful vacation. We have some great recliners just for those moments. In the afternoons, it's a shady spot for a happy hour or outdoor reading area. The pool is in sight too. It is heated and palm trees wave in the wind. The hot tub and workout room is there for you as well. BBQ your steak or shrimp by the pool and enjoy true Island time. The ocean Blue Waters are just on the other side of the dunes and waiting for a long walk or a swim in the Gulf. The beach is clean and ready for fun! The kitchen is fully equipped with new dishes and has everything you need on your vacation, including a crockpot. The bedroom offers a comfortable, firm queen size bed. CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS/NO WEIGHT RESTRICTION. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
