Good locations for fishing
Enjoyed fishing while we were there,except the HOA tossed my fish away from the cbub house frezzer before calling me, my condo number and my telephone number was on it. Very disappointed
Besides that very thing was great the owner was very nice. We are going back next year

Close to Beach
The condo was spacious, fairly clean and close to the beach. Kitchen could use new pots/pans and more containers with lids for storing food. The King size mattress was lumpy, lopsided and very unfomfortable. Would have been nice to have a chair in the Mstr Bdrm. Blankets on beds were too thin. Pool was nice but had lots of sand in it. Would be nice if we would have had two pool keys.

Ant invasion
I sent photos to management but have not heard anything back. We could not cook in the kitchen due to millions of ants, I pulled out the stove to see where the ant were coming from and there was plenty of old crumbs nor were we able to enjoy the patio due to the millions of ants. Please hire an exterminator for your next vacationers. Very disappointed. The road construction was horrible. Other than that the condo was nice.

Christmas Holiday
We stayed at this location for a month. During our stay there was some cold days but some very nice warm days. The pool was open but it was very dirty not clean during our stay to enjoy the pool. When asked if the pool was open they informed us it was. I know they discovered a leak in the pool but that was toward the end of stay. So no excuse for the pool to be unusable earlier in the month. They also had to have access to our condo twice during our stay I felt like this routine things could have been done before or after our check in. The condo was well equipped with very thing needed. This condo had ample room for our visiting grown children.

Summer vacation
When we arrived the house looked clean, but the air in the house smelled very stale and the upstairs bathroom smelled like fish. We had to go to the store and buy deodorizers for all the rooms. This rental has a clean sheet guarantee and all the extra sheets and blankets were wrapped up but when I crawled into bed in the master bedroom, I found a woman’s acrylic nail under the sheets. The top bunk bed was not made and there was only one twin sheet wrapped up in the closet. That left nothing for the trundle bed. Other than that, the trip was great and everyone enjoyed the stay.

My family getaway
First things first, the customer service over the phone was great. I thought I had rented the condo for 3 nights, but I only rented it for 2 nights. I spoke with Amber and she was able to accommodate us for another night with no problems at all. The only problems with the condo were the shower downstairs has no water pressure at all. Also the living room ceiling fan does not keep the living room cool at all. But other than that the condo is roomy and set up very nice. Thanks again Amber for your great customer service.

Great Place to stay!!
We came for a girls trip with kids. This place was clean and had plenty of room for everyone to sleep and be comfortable. It had a great little patio with plenty of chairs and picnic table to enjoy the afternoons and mornings outside. We came to relax and enjoy the beach which was just a short drive away. The kids loved the pool and water features as well. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone else.

Great townhouse!
This townhouse was a great fit for our family. It was big and roomy. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The house could use a fresh coat of paint.

Weekend stay
My family and I enjoyed our stay. There was space for everyone. The one thing we noticed was a previous guests hair was all in the shower. The shower could have been cleaned better. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo. Thank you.

Peaceful, Spacious
The layout of the rental is nice, and the pool was fantastic, even in February! There is a gas station with basic convenience items right next to the location, (you can walk to it without crossing any streets.). There are crosswalks from the location to a lovely brick path that leads straight to the ocean, about a mile to get there. There is a golf cart rental within walking distance, (poor man's convertible!). The mattresses were high quality. I wished the dining table was bigger, both for recreation like games, quilting, etc and also for family meals. While there are 3 bar stools, it's just nicer if everyone can sit at the table. Overall very relaxing and I would rent it again.

My experience did not end well
When I check in January I informed them I would be staying untill march. I received multiple calls one day demanding I give them an answer about renting the condo next year. We had a roof leak that required them to enter the condo multiple times a day for two weeks to empty the dehumidifier in the Attic. Received no compensation for the invasion every day.
I called them the week before the end of the month to confirm February say. Did not get an answer untill the day before we had to get out. We had no notice that we would have to get out. We had a fridge full of food. No one would take responsibility for what was told to me. Each one told me they didn't know what was said to me. I wasn't offered any kind of discount for our trouble to move to another one of thier condo's. I finnaly went to another company and told them what I was going through at 4:30 in the evening before I had to get out. They gave me a discounted price and had me in a new unit within a hour. She stayed after hours to get us in. She actually took us to a couple units to see them before we decided. Witch padre escapes refused to do. I'm now in a water front condo for a better price. I will not use padre escapes again and will be giving a review on Google.

Thank you for your feedback. I've listened to the calls and your original inquiry came in for January to March. We let you know what payment we would require for those 3 months and your exact quote was "And so what if we just did it (the reservation) for the first month then?" and the reservationist's exact response was "we can do that for you, the only risk that you would run is that if you wanted to extend we might have gotten a reservation for that unit so you might have to move to a different unit." You then responded "Right, OK" and then asked us for quotes on other properties for one month (January). Again I've listened to the two calls with you on rebooking for next year and no one "demanded an answer," they let you know someone else was interested in booking this property for next year so we gave you a courtesy call and asked you to get back to us in 48 hours so we could communicate your plans to the other guest wanting the property for next year. You even told us you appreciated the call. Yes there was a leak in the roof that had to be repaired (an HOA issue, not Padre Escapes) and we had to go into the property multiple times a day to empty the dehumidifier and to avoid any damage to the property. You let us know that it was not an inconvenience, we offered you another property and you declined. Then as your stay came to an end you decided you wanted to stay in this property however someone else had already booked several nights in February. We added a few more nights on at a discounted rate then set you up with another property to stay in, however when we went to process your credit card for the next property your card was declined. We apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred, we did our best to work with you through a difficult situation. We're happy to hear you were able to find a property and we hope you enjoy your time here.

Excellent stay on North Padre Island
This stay was enjoyable and was stocked with everything you need for cooking and storage. The place was very clean and had a great layout. Nice large TVs, comfortable beds and great location. I would highly recommend this place. We had a pup with us and the back enclosed area was nice for coming and going on walks. We will define reserve this place again.

The best so far!!
I have rented many condos over the past few years and this one tops the list. It was perfect. All the amenities, location and room for all 8 of us. Will definitely be here again.
Only one thing... bring your own pillows!! This could be just me..

Excellent place, great location
Very nice property, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Drive in garage was very handy, small back yard patio was perfect, and in a nice location for access to the beach and eating establishments.
