The HOA for the Marquesas Complex will be replacing the rear wooden fencing beginning April 20th. Construction may last up to one month. Discounted pricing has already been applied. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Good Cabana
Good Cabana with nice furniture. Unfortunately, my stay encountered a non-working refrigerator. A small personal fridge was installed and Padre Escapes worked hard to keep me informed and offered me another room.

Great Stay Overall
We rented this cabana for a family of six — 4 adults and 2 toddlers — and overall, we had a great experience. The unit was exactly as described, and the AC was wonderfully cold, which was a huge plus during the 101-degree heat.

Management was very responsive when we reached out with a concern, which we really appreciated.

A note for the owner: the queen bed sags in the middle and feels like it’s at the end of its life — at least for adults.

As for the amenities, the pool was nice and refreshing. We reported to management that the interior pool lights were out and it was dimly lit for toddlers to swim after dark. Mgmt responded and let us know that they put in a work request. Lastly, the pool area could use treatment for fire ants - watch where you step with bare feet!

North Padre Stay!
This is our 2nd stay at this rental complex but our 1st staying right next to the pool. Very convenient for our children. Was a little concerned at 1st about it getting a little too loud in the pool area but we had no problems at all. Everyone respected the pool rules and guidelines. Our unit was clean and had just about all the amenities we needed. Just be aware that these units don't have a bbq pit available for use. Probably just a safety concern. We were already aware of this though. It wasn't a deal breaker for us. Upon arrival we did notice the blinds within the back door facing the pool and a side door were not functioning properly. They would not completely close so we decided to call management to notify them of the issue. They immediately sent someone to fix the issue. I was surprised at how fast someone showed up being that is was a Sunday after 5pm. The complex itself is at a great location. Close driving distance to the beach, fishing spots, restaurants and shopping. We had a great time and plan on returning in the fall!

Great Stay!
The condo was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the direct access to the pool, most nights we had it all to ourselves and it was so nice to just come and go as needed. The girls really enjoyed that part. Communication was great. We had a maintenance issue when we arrived, and they quickly sent someone to fix it. They were thoughtful and courteous, all while respecting our privacy. The location is great, close to beach access, shops, and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Marquesas
Two bedroom, two bath adorable bungalow with shared pool. Our pool unexpectedly was right next to the shared pool for the community, but we loved it. Guest were respectful of the pool hours and it was such easy access for us. I recommend more amenities for stays longer than three days. HOA needs more responsibility to clean pool and clear out the heavy concrete broken tiki table hanging over our small entrance to the pool area. Padre Escapes reservation and check out process was very easy.
