Step in and enjoy this newly remodeled beachfront condo. Modern meets coastal chic in this spacious condo, a beautiful color scheme and walls with wains-coating welcome you into this beachfront paradise. The kitchen, dining and living area are open and spacious but still cozy and comfy. New furnishings, appliances and decor are found throughout the property and a nicely updated bathroom with a low step shower is perfect for cleaning off the sand after a long day on the beach.
The master bedroom is updated as well, it has a comfy king size bed. Two additional guests can sleep on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living area.
The front porch provides the perfect space to enjoy a morning cup of coffee, watch the kids play in the lawn, enjoy the sea breeze and watch the waves crash on shore.
Linens for every bed and bath towels for every guest are provided. A two night minimum stay is required. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
