Pet Fees: For stays of 1–29 days, the pet fee is $100 per pet plus a $50 cleaning fee, and for stays of 30+ days, the pet fee is $300 per pet plus a $100 cleaning fee

The can opener does not worker. The dishwasher door is very loose and hit the back of my leg while I was cooking. The toilet seat is also not secure

Great other than a couple issues...
I would love to give this 5 stars, but unfortunately our AC was not working the first night, so it was a hot sleep. Thankfully they were able to get it fixed the next day by 2pm. Management was quick and professional about it. Our remote never worked in our room, so we were unable to watch tv in the bedroom, which was kind of a bummer at night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the beds are comfortable! This is the second summer in a row that we have vacationed here, and I am sure we will be back! Hoping for a little bit of a better experience next time.

Mom daughter get a way
1 bedroom 1 bath clean, bed was very comfortable, location was amazing. Walk to beach. Public drive to beach next to condo but noise was not an issue, pool could have been cleaner water was slightly murky nice recliner in room, plenty of room for us

Clean, quiet and right next to the beach!
Just what me and my husband were looking for, we booked a last minute trip to corpus and were very happy with our stay. Big comfortable bed, nice patio and chairs to sit on at night and in the mornings. Loved the breeze from the ocean on the side of the hotel we were staying on too! Would definitely stay here again. P.S. Bring your own coffee filters for the coffee machine!

Very nice place, not the best weather
The unit was nice, well kept, clean. There were constant winds from the gulf blowing sand every where. That's just the luck of timing, no fault of the property. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well maintained. The onsite staff was very responsive and quick to assist.

Cozy, safe and direct Beach Accessible condo
Perfect relaxing getaway- The kids had a blast between Beach ��️ fun, collecting shells and floating in the pool. The location had everything we needed - towels, utensils, dining wares and the access was most convenient! It faces the dunes which is good because it protects us from the heavy ocean winds. We did nothing but beach, pool, eat, sleep �� for whole 3 days.
The sunrise was glorious, we also saw the full moon rise and the jetty and artwork on the beach was something new to explore. We went early morning to Mustang Island state park which is just 10min drive and just lazed on the fluffy sands, building sandcastles.
The property had security guards on patrol, lounge area at the pool with books and games and property manager was always in touch answering any questions and giving proper instructions.

Rest and relaxation
Overall satisfied. Issues: sofa is worn out not comfortable, upstairs ceiling fan speed control broken, noise discipline after 10 pm. Three days in a row. Some issues with the upstairs bathroom sink drain slow to drain. I do like the location it was my third time staying here.

Best Place on the Ocen/Beach
We have stayed at El Constante for years and it never ceases to be clean, staff is wonderful and in my opinion the best location on the beach. We surf fish and have never been scunked, we always catch plenty fish!

Cozy Beach Condo
Cozy and comfortable beach condo with everything you need in it. Clean with great amenities. We enjoyed the beach that was just 2 minutes walk. We used the pool in the evenings. The staff in the Office are always there in case you need them, great customer service.
So just bring your beach towels and sunscreen, and leave your worries behind.

Great Stay a Few Steps Away from the Beach
As always, staying at El Constante is a wonderful experience! For this specific unit, I suggest replacing the shower faucet handlers for new ones and upgrade the sofa bed for a more comfortable sofa bed. Other than that, it was a lovely stay! Will definitely go back.

Great location, easy access to the beach, simple lodgings
Just what I was looking for- nothing fancy, clean, right on the beach, small complex, walk right out onto the beach. Courteous helpful staff. Felt safe here though I’m a female traveling solo.

Enjoy the condo except for on thing, it would be nice if it had a divider or a makeshift wall on the front patio for more privacy from neighbors when sitting outside

Pool was closed for maintenance the last 2 weeks of our stay which was unfortunate. The grounds were immaculate thanks to their grounds keeper who was also very polite.

Great Location!
It was great! Location was great! Bed was comfy and shower was clean. My only complaint is the smell...when we got there the stench was atrocious! The refrigerator smelled terrible and the freezer was worse! The smell faded in the condo, but not from the refrigerator or freezer....we kept our food in an ice chest the smell was so bad. We wouldn't stay there again because of it.

Would stay here again!
We have been coming to El Constante for yaars. We love the proximity to the beach and the jedi. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights. I liked the added touch of the comfortable chairs out front. We will be back next year and would be happy to stay here again

Memorial Day Vacation
The area was nice. Rooms were clean. We were on a first floor and the people above us were very loud. On our last night we were up until 2:30am due to the people above. There was no one to call to have them settle down.
The pool was way too small for the number of rooms and renters.

Our Favorite Place to Stay!
This is our 3rd time staying at El Constante. Different condos each time. This was our first time in a bottom level, 1 bedroom condo. It was the perfect size for my 2 girls and I. I liked not having to go up and down stairs. I love looking out the front window/ door and seeing the ocean. The pool/ hot tub are always my girls favorite. The condo itself was clean, bed was comfortable. My daughter slept on the pullout sofa bed but it's not very comfortable. There was some noise at times from the folks upstairs but it wasn't all the time so not a huge issue. We will definitely be back!

Perfect get away !!
Had a wonderful time with my family. The room was perfect. We spent every night on the beach and swam in the pool all day. We had everything we needed in our room and was absolutely happy with my experience.

Quick Vacation

Lovely on-beach rental
Rental itself is very cute, perfect for a couple, could be okay for a family with kids big enough to sleep on the pull-out couch.
Office staff was very friendly and helpful! The pool and hot tub were both very nice. Very easy to check in and out.
Loved being able to walk to the beach. Obviously it's busier on weekends but on weekdays we could walk straight onto the beach and plop some chairs down.

Unit 120 El Constante
El Constante is a nice development with a nice pool and beachfront. Location is safe and clean. We stayed in unit 120 during 4th of July weekend. The unit had good AC and side view of the beach. Unfortunately it is a bid dated and could use some TLC for the price being charged per night. The bed needs to be replaced immediately, it is hard and you can feel the springs. The coffee table has tape holding it together. The worst part was that you could hear every move the upstairs unit makes. You constantly here walking, furniture moving, and it sounds super loud especially by the bedroom. We had a newborn with us and the noise would wake her up. If we would come here again we would stay on a second floor unit and make sure it’s been updated.

Overall everything was good. Stayed on the bottom floor which was great until the people above us came in at night. They stomped across the floor and had kids that ran back and forth till late into the night. Very hard to sleep with the noise above us. Dust ruffle on the bed was dirty and needed to be washed. It was great to step out and walk to the beach. I would recommend this location.

Quiet Beachside Resort
It's hard to find a place that is reasonably priced and right on the beach. This condo is clean, well equipped, and you can walk right down to the water. Lovely pool and amenity center.

Great Value!
Accommodations were adequate and the proximity to the beach is amazing! Next time, we'll not stay on the bottom-floor, due to loud foot noises all day/night from our upstairs neighbors

Need updating
Was able to get a room last minute which we were grateful for. The condo was furnished fine but very dated. There was duct tape to secure the coffee table. The bed sheets and comforter was very well used. AC vent rattled something awful. Door handles were corroded. It was a place to lay our head and very easy access to the beach but could use a complete renovation.

Arrived and condo was ready. This condo does smell muggy initially but after reading that in reviews bought a couple candles that fixed the problem. Condo works well as a vacation rental. It is very Basic but had everything we needed. You can exchange your towels daily for fresh ones. They also provide beach and pool towels for free that can also be exchanged daily. Large masterbdrm closet we used to store our luggage. My girls said sofa bed was very comfortable and they do provide linens for it. Be sure to bring your fav pillow. That way you will sleep comfortably.they also provide blender, toaster, can opener and potato peeler. To me these are necessities. Was able to cook every day due to kitchen being stocked with adequate cooking supplies. Don't forget to bring your spices. Staff was nice and accommodating. Office dies have bathroom wish I had known sooner. Office also has books, movies and puzzles you can check out. Love the pool. Parking is right in front of your condo which makes unloading a snap!!

Overall a nice place great beach access.Condo had kinda a moldy smell like it had been closed up for some time. The condo above it must have stairs you can here people going up an down them all night, maybe it was kids probably not a every day thing, but if your a lite sleeper it will keep you up.
