El Constante 215

This is our 4th time back to the property and the 2nd time staying. It was wonderful! This property has so much space, bed space, and so many helpful kitchen items if you plan on cooking. Its right on the beach and you have a view of the beach and poolside. We cannot wait to come back every year as we have started a tradition! Thank you for providing a wonderful condo. My only recommendation would be a ceiling fan for the 2nd bedroom as it would have been pretty warm without the provided box fan. Other than that- another amazing trip was had!

Condo was nice but the shower curtain liners were yucky and the air intake was rusty. Directions on how to use the TV (not troublshoot) would have been helpful. Icemaker only produced 12 cubes the whole time we were there.

We loved the set up of this rental with kids - we had two young ones and it was nice to have the big couches and the bunk beds. The king bed was nice and comfy, but I will say that the queen size bed is sunken in the middle and not the most comfy - just something to keep in mind when booking if two people will be in that bed!

Cute condo. Bare minimum on the “rental condiments” bring everything you need but toilet paper, shower towels and hairdryer. Not much provided. Tubs were shower only which can be challenging with kids. No ways to watch movies so bring your own set up for that. No washer or dryer. Restaurants, grocery store, ice - everything you need is very close by. All in all was a good stay. Will come back with the things listed above.

It is a basic beach vacation rental. It has a few things that could be updated like the tub/showers but they are not bad. The rest of the house was very clean and nice except for one throw pillow on the loveseat the back of it so kid had used as a napkin but that is easily cleaned. I love that they wash all bedding and the place was so clean. I would switch the furniture around in the bedrooms. I know the one is the master but when you have 4 people sleeping in the bunkroom it gets a little warm at night even with the fan on. just a suggestion. Its a nice place and love the location and views. we would definately stay again. oh and it could use few more chairs on the balconies.

We made the trip from DFW to Port Aransas for our young children's spring break. The location was great and the beach access was incredible. Remember to bring beach towels and other necessities (beach chairs are provided).

Although we are locals, staying beachfront at El Constante was perfect for my daughter's birthday beach party! The unit was clean and comfortable, stocked with everything we needed and very well decorated. All notifications from Padre Escapes made understanding what to expect easy for our first time. My sisters and I love the beach, and love where we stay when we come. The rental is awesome, the beach is basically right out our door, and everyone is really friendly. The rental has all the amenities of home, we just bring our clothes. We will continue to visit!

The only bad thing was that the air conditioning did not work well upstairs in bedrooms. I was told at the front office to close the vents downstairs. Pool was clean, not loud, rooms clean. I'm a Designer and there was too much furniture and too many decorations on walls. Very busy. A washing machine would of been nice. Nice big refrigerator and nice stove. Microwave was not closing well but nice and big.

We enjoyed out short stay in this unit. The kitchen could use additional lighting, but we made do. The unit was clean, comfortable and had a nice side view of the gulf. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. We would stay again.

Great accommodations, nice pool, good location, walk or drive to beach. TV downstairs would turn off every 10 min. Staff was unable to fix & Spectrum could not come until after we left. When we got home we realized we had left a very special expensive pillow on the bed that is needed for a neck problem.Office was already closed I called the next morning when they opened at 9:00. Was told that they could NOT even CONTACT the new occupants and could not retrieve the pillow until the occupants checked out. (I wonder how Spectrum was going to be able to access the condo??) So my personal pillow is being slept on/used multiple nights by a stranger in the midst of this Covid pandemic. I do want my pillow case back but needless to say the pillow will most likely have to be thrown away due to possible contamination if it cannot be laundered or maybe I can Lysol it. I even asked her, "what if I had left my PURSE or an envelope of money" and all she could do was quote "the rental agreement you signed". I hope this saves someone from this TERRIBLE experience. Check and Check again for any items because you cannot get them back as long as there is a guest in the condo or so I was told. God forbid you leave a Prescription that can't be refilled without a Dr. visit or a Cpap machine. Hope this helps someone !

We were told our unit was ready for check in but found our unit was not clean. The office told us they would get someone in and clean. Four hours later, we still didn’t have a clean room. We have been visiting this property for many years but were very disappointed in the way we found our room. We asked for clean sheets so we could change our beds ourselves and were happy to find a vacuum cleaner in the unit to at least clean the unit ourselves. Very disappointing!!

I love El Constante. I’ve been there several times and always satisfied with my stay. I like that it’s right on the beach and has beach front condos available. I also like that I can bring my dogs with me when we stay. The property is clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I will always choose this place when come to Padre!!

This property is a little older than some but as a last minute booking it was OK. We rented a two bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit. It was pretty clean. Lots of room for two people. Not a lot of restaurants nearby and a little way from Corpus Christi. Friendly staff. Lots of snowbirds. No bike paths in the area.

This trip was very last minute and padre escapes was so helpful getting us set up with our rental ! This unit has great views of both the ocean and the pool. The property is very well maintained. This specific unfit was comfortable for us , we brought our dogs so it fired out perfect . We even ended up staying an extra night. I highly recommend el constante and padre escapes !

The staff and location were great. The actual condo we stayed in was abit dated. The kitchen was not as well stocked as said. The beds were comfy. Several lights were out. Lastly, the steps leading to the beach, need to be shoveled to get excess sand off. Was hard to walk up them.

Location great. Pool & hot tub very good. Unit clean -- mostly. Vertical blinds awful. Broke unable to use cord to open & close, vertical slats broken kept falling to floor. Didn't want repair people in while trying to vacatio so only reported toward end of 10 day stay. Rated it as 4 star because of location to beach & ease to restaurants.

Great Location, This is first time we stayed in a pet friendly room. When we arrived the smell of urine was strong. Once the unit was cooled off from the air conditioning and we bought some air fresheners the smell was much better. The room was a bit dated, but it did look like they are doing some renovations at the the property. Nice view, new flooring, lots of room. Overall good place to stay with pets for the price. I would stay at this property again.

Pool was great condos carpet and stairs were dirty and beds and dressers were dusty but restrooms were clean... kitchen well stocked AC worked well it was very hot hot 107 outside while we were there ONLY NEGATIVE THING THAY WAS MAJOR is that during our stay and while relaxing or trying to relax they had workers still renovating the condos in building.right by the pool which we were NOT Aware renovations were still being done and my son with autism has a very hard time adjusting to the loud sounds of the saws being used on the balconys

Great condo and very confirtable beds and pillows. Beautuful view of the beach. Pool was great abd warm. We had a winderful stay. I highly recommend El Constante and condo #215. Cant wait to return!

We were very pleased with PE location and beach access. Construction interfered with beach access. Unit 215 was in a newer condition than 216. Unit was not real clean with dirt under couch and furniture. Downstairs toilet was sluggish and slow. Throw rugs at front door would be helpful to reduce tracking of sand into unit and a small vacuum would be helpful downstairs to vacuum sand.
