Corpus fun days
The rental unit was functional, mostly dated and needs new paint. The pans
under the stove had rust in them. Humidity likely. I put foil in it in order to use it. The outlet by the stove is loose. The ceiling fan in the bedroom by the parking lot wobbles terribly.
There was a hole in the sheetrock in the other bedroom. I did not address these issues with the office because I didnt want maintenance coming around while I stayed there.
But the unit worked fine for our needs.

Loved the condo
We loved everything. It was right next to the beach. Kitchen, washer and dryer make it convenient to cook and keep clean. Rooms were nice too. The only issue we had was in the main room door would not open so we couldn’t hang out on the balcony. Which we got beach view for it. But everything else was amazing.

El Constante Room 222
Overall our experience was good. El Constante is always a family favorite of ours because of its close proximity to the beach and the pool is very nice! Our was was satisfactory but does need some updated furniture. The couch downstairs was very torn and clearly worn down and the beds upstairs needed replacing as well. The ac in this room was very warm upstairs especially at night so keep that in mind when booking this unit.

The bed in the master bedroom seemed small. The bed frame in the guest bedroom extended a foot beyond the end of the bed and was a tripping hazard. The mattress on the sofa bed was very thin.

Quick vacation spot
The room was comfortable and had everything that was needed for the 4 people staying there and had an amazing location next to the beach. Pool was great and clean everyday we were there. The room itself wasn't the best with some of the amenities. The couch when we arrived had a separate sheet that was placed on top of it that's not in the picture, which is fine, however when we took it off to take out the pull out bed the cushions were full of stains and the actual bed itself didn't have any sheets and was also stained and had multiple strands of hair scattered on it.the only other issue we had was with the fridge on the second day. For some reason it just started to freeze everything that was in it so we had to throw out some things. Also that specific day we were checking in we saw about 5 different people entering the room while we were waiting to check in, we asked if anything was wrong with the room just to be safe because we saw them taking multiple tools up with them and the front desk services told us it was all good and we didn't find any issues other than the 2 things previously mentioned. Other than that majority of the staff was very helpful besides one man that was slightly unprofessional when we went to go tell them about the bed situation. The rooms themselves were nice, clean and comfortable, as well as the restrooms and had extra sheets and pillows in case if they were needed, so overall the experience wasn't terrible, but there was just little things that needed some attention.

Great Stay
Excellent location. Complex is wonderful and great access to the beach. This unit was an excellent option for our family. Only downsides would be the need to upgrade the living room furniture. Also some dishes were in the cabinet dirty but we washed them and all was well. The property management company was extremely responsive and did a great job communicating.

A nice complex
Condo was nice and quiet. Had a mild mildew smell downstairs and the seal in the balcony door in the master bedroom let lots of air in so our last night there the curtains blew all night. The pool and hot tub was nice to relax in as well.

Summer Family Stay
While the unit needs some updates, it was overall a great place. The location was perfect. You can view the ocean from the master bedroom. This condo was what the family needed. There were 3 TVs so everyone was happy. There was no exterior noise so it was very quiet. You can walk right out the pool area to the beach. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Great Location and Beach Views!
This was a great place for my family of seven to stay (kids ages 1-14). It was nice to be able to easily walk back and forth from the condo and the beach. It was also nice to be in close driving distance to Corpus and Port A. The condo was clean and spacious. The ocean side view off two of the balconies was perfect- we could see the ocean and the sand dunes from the balconies. The pool area was also nice. It allowed a nice relaxing area to take a break from being on the beach. We looked at several of the different condos available at this location- some more fancy looking- some with different balcony views- some more pricey- but we decided on this one because of the price and ocean view. This condo met our needs for space and location. The staff on site and on the phone were all helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring break family fun
2nd year to spend at El Constante. Highlights: heated pool, very short walk to great beach, gas grill on grounds, and remodeling in progress which looks fantastic. Thank you for having washer/dryer in unit #222. Improvements needed include keypad locks on all outside entry doors for all family members to have access, not just the two people with keys (& risk of losing keys), sliding doors upper & lower very hard to slide open and close, need better repair of door knob latch that did not get fixed first time therefore padlock had to be used at all times for safety, biting ants in parking lot on last day. Would like to know why idiots like to steal wet & sandy water shoes off porch?! All 2 bedroom condos have 2nd floor entries and upstair bedrooms (3rd story). Overall a great place for our family and would come back!!

Great beach access!
Great value for your money! Right on the beach. We had a great view and easy access. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Me Time at the beach
This was a last minute trip as another plan fell through. Booking was easy & the staff was great. The weather was also very cooperative.

Great location right off the beach!
I thought the location is nice. It’s right off the beach. The condo is nice but it’s a little dirty. It needs a really good detail cleaning everywhere. With a little TLC this condo will be great.

Dated but comfortable
Great location on the beach. Service, pool, and other features were top notch. Furniture and appliances seemed very old, and very well used, but still in fair condition.

Weekend getaway
We were pleased with the location if our rental. The rental was clean, but could use some work. The sliding glass doors were extremely hard to open when wanting to go out on balcony.

Cute, Beachy Condo
Great place! Sliding glass doors really don't slide. More like 'pulling' glass doors. Loved the little table in the living room with rolling seats. Awesome for children! Kitchen hot water not hot, just warm. But all bathrooms had great hot water. And that was great! Strange about the kitchen, though.

Beach 2018
This place is awesome. It’s within walking distance to beach. The kids loved going to the pool. We had a great time at the beach. Thank you all for such a clean condo.

The room was fine, unfortunately the room was a bit dirty when we arrived, and in the pool someone took my shoes and never showed up.

The sheets had not been changed on one of the beds because when I went to bed there was sand in the sheets, under the bed was a pack of cigarettes and a lighter with lots of dust in and under the bed, the back patio door wouldn’t hardly open, there was still coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Will not stay here again

Relax
It was a great experience.The beds were soft and comfy..Had everything we needed in the kitchen..Over all it was a wonderful stay..thank you..

Location Location Location
The location was great. Easy access to beach and good restaurants. Check In was easy - utilized lock box. Unit had a funny smell though - we opened a closet downstairs and noticed TONS of mold - that was disappointing and gross.

It was mildew from a roof leak caused by Hurricane Harvey. It has since been treated and the roof leak is getting repaired. We appreciate you reporting it to us and thank you for the review as well.

Ok stay
Nice location but condo was dirty and dish washer did not work. Condo needed to be updated and for the price I have stay at other condos way cleaner and updated. The location could not be better if the owners could update the condos I would recommend this to everyone. Great beach access and beach views great area.
