Great place with issues
I have rented a condo in this location numerous times. We were bothered by barking dog until 945 Saturday night.. the hot tub did not work Saturday night and I found what look like puke splatter on the floor in the bathroom

El Constante is a great location in North Padre!!!
The condo was super nice . Plenty of storage. Spacious. Decor was awesome. Dishwasher would have been a plus. Carpet not so clean would recommend same flooring as downstairs. 2 chairs instead of 1 off bedroom balconies would also be better. Overall a very enjoyable relaxing home away from home!

Needs more cleaning
Bath sink was very slow in draining. Woke up to pounding next door rental was being remodeled;should be told this was scheduled when booking reservation. Sofas and chairs were dirty and stained in living area. This unit not as comfortable as others we have rented in the past.

A little slice of heaven
You simply cannot beat staying at this slice of heaven. The place is beautifully decorated, the community is welcoming, and the location next to the beach really cannot be beat. The beds were very comfortable, it was clean, and everyone around was friendly and got to know each other (though they would absolutely let you be if you aren’t the social type). There was a big wind storm that messed with the doorbell and maintenance came out quickly and were friendly and helpful.

Too Dirty!
The furniture in the living room was disgustingly dirty, all the way to the throw pillows, stains all over. I did not even want my grandkids to sit on it. And the entire carpet from the stairs up was just as bad! But what I'm guessing is dog pee stains all over the upstairs was ridiculous! No one was walking around without some type of shoe or Sox. It all seriously needs to be professionally cleaned or replaced! I've stayed in others at El Constantine and others with Padre Escapes, and this one really grossed me out!

Winter Texan
We had a delightful winter season at El Constante 228K. Office staff was very personable and extremely helpful. There were a couple of maintenance issues which were resolved the same day. The kitchen had everything that we needed and the washer/dryer was put to good use. This condo is a short walk to the beach. We were very pleased with the overall experience and we plan to return for another season.

It is a great location and view. everything is nicely updated. So we were surprised there was still carpet upstairs. If I was going to recommend someone to rent this unit i would let them know the carpet upstairs is really stained and upstairs toilet paper holder is rusting apart.

Maintenance crew MVP
Unfortunately we had our AC not work the first 24 hours of our stay. The staff and maintenance crew were very attentive and responsive. They did all they could to address as quick as possible. We did have to deal with this unfortunate situation, and we were not able to fully enjoy our stay until the second night. That would be our only complaint.

We stayed last year and loved it!! So we came back...upon entering our condo, we could see it wasn’t as clean as it should be, the floors and downstairs bathroom sink were dirty, the carpet was disgustingly stained, there was even a Q tip on the floor of the master bedroom, the supervisor of cleaning came and cleaned it up, not a super first impression...
Prior to arriving we were offered a discount to arrive a day early, then we booked a night longer and once we’d booked, we got an offer for a discount for one more night but no discount on the night we did extend our stay...ugh

Wedding Weekend
Everything was perfect for my daughter's wedding weekend! The ease of checking in and out was perfect for her busy schedule. The condo was beautiful and the booking agent, Emily, was extremely helpful and professional.

Loved our stay at El Constante!
Excellent location right on the beach, our unit had everything we needed, great pool and very responsive staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation getaway
A beautiful and clean condo. It made us feel like a home away from home.
The only small part we missed was a dishwasher in the unit.

Great experience
the apartment was in excellent condition, the only criticism is that if you rent for 6 people, you must have 6 chairs for the dining room ( not four plus 2 stool) and on the other hand the coffee cups were so big that they looked like soup bowls,

Great Experience!
We have stayed at El Constante many times over the years. Unit 228 is by far our favorite. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean. We will definitely be back to this unit! As always the staff is amazing and the pool is perfect. Thanks El Constante for a wonderful stay!

Beachfront getaway
The condo was newly remodeled, exact as shown on website. Very clean on arrival, was allowed early check in. Friendly staff and helpful. Location was great, very clean beach. Comfortable beds and living area.

Perfect Beach View Property
We booked, sight unseen in a last-minute decision to go to the beach because it was a new rental and pictures had not to be unloaded. We had never stayed at this property so were more than happy to see how nice it was. Three, 4 if you count the entry patio, gave you views from all directions at all heights. It's brand new and you could tell. It does not, however, have a dishwasher which is my only comment. Management company was amazing!

Much needed Getaway!
Loved the location right on the beach! Easy t walk right to the water and the Packery Channel was also very close for fishing!

A lovely stay in El Constante 228
This was our first time staying at a vacation rental, and it was a great experience. The place was clean and well maintained. I loved having more space than a hotel, and the three little balconies. You have to climb up quite a staircase to get into the El Constante condos, so if you have trouble getting a suitcase up a tall stairs you won't want to stay there. We had some trouble with the wifi cutting out the first couple days, and it is a bit of a drive to the mainland, but those were the only drawbacks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to a friend.

El Constante 228
Good location, but El Constante definately needs a face lift. The pool is very good. The apartment also could use some upkeep. There is 2 bedrooms and the downstairs sofa is not a pullout bed. There are 2 mobile beds in the master room but difficult to move around. Impossible to put down in the living room. Problems with the dish washer didn't drain.

Thank you for your feedback. We've been working with El Constante since May to try to get things up to par. Hurricane Harvey definitely slowed down that process but we'll get it there.

Beach Front Stay
Condo was clean and fully-equipped from toilet paper to kitchenware. Best part was having the beach at our backdoor and the pool at our front door.
