Five night stay.

We had stayed at Baker’s Landing earlier this summer and had an amazing stay so it was an easy choice to come back. This place just fits our needs perfectly. We enjoy fishing off the dock in the evenings after spending a day at the beach. It is close to everything you need or want. It is a quiet neighborhood convenient to everything you may need while staying on the island. The house is extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The beds are comfortable. We will definitely continue to stay here. The check in and out process is simple and the people we have dealt with have always been wonderful to work with.

Little disappointing

Quick with providing answers and charging for my dogs but disposed information about broken over until a day or so before, which caused a cooking challenge for our family. Kitchen was dirty and bathrooms need some fixing up (cracks in tile and worn out toilet seats. Don’t plan to arrive early because you will not get the key to get in until 15 min before your scheduled time. Unless you want to pay extra. Nice fishing dock but not private. You have to share with 3-4 other condos. Light was proven and stairs need fixing. Overgrown with weeds too so a little of safety hazard there. Upstairs nice and updated and much cleaner. Would not stay here again. But location most definitely great if you want to pick similar listings.

Nice spot

Everything was in working order and very clean. There many decor items throughout the lower level so I definitely would recommend this place for adults. Also the door automatically locks when it closes so be prepared.

Perfect family stay

Wonderful condo on the water with a beautiful view of the sunrise from the deck. Nice having 2 bedrooms each with one bathroom and a bathroom downstairs also. Condo had everything we needed for the week long stay. Quiet and parking easy.

Great place for an extended stay

Overall it was a great stay. The best part was being on the canal and the view from the bedroom and balcony on a sunny morning. There was everything you could need for kitchen supplies and then some. The master bed was very comfortable.

Suggestions:
It felt slight cluttered with decor items, suggest those be reduced.
Queen bed very creaky but it was just two of us so we didn’t use it.
Place could use a deep clean, especially the carpets and stairs.

Padre Escapes went above and beyond when we had a personal issue occur and we have sent our thanks. They were so professional and I definitely recommend booking through them.

Nice but noisy

My husband and I stayed for 4 nites .. it’s a comfortable , cozy condo with a a well stocked kitchen . My biggest complaint is that it’s too close to a very busy road , very noticeable on the back deck . Other than that it’s nice enough and management very helpful .

First time in Texas. A long drive from home but we loved it. Toured around Corpus and Padre on windless days. Our rental was excellent. Everything we needed. Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the canal. Watched seabirds and then a dolphin visited one morning. Magical!

Nice little place.

It’s a nice little place in a quiet community. Conveniently located to the beach and anything else you would want to do. If you have a boat there is a ramp right at the end of the building. They also have a nice little dock in the house. The only thing they need to do is replace the back door as it is hard to close and open. Over all I would highly recommend this place for a vacation. Very clean. Little heavy in the beach decorations but all I needed was a clean place ti sleep as most of my time was spent out on my boat.

Much Needed Escape

Place was nice, easy access to nearby points of interest. Simple, but clean. Only thing is there wasn't a broom or mop to help maintain the place clean. We had to go to the store to buy a broom and a swifer to clean up sand we'd accidently brought in from the beach.

Ending the Summer

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a really great spot. Everything was good other than not having a washing machine. That was a realily big inconvenience especially with the length on our stay. We should have been notified of that before the date of our stay.

AweSome Place- Pet Friendly!

Great location very close to Port Aransas & Corpus Christi. The property has several places to eat and a CVS Pharmacy around the corner. It was so nice sitting on the deck & fishing also was able to put nets in for crab. Loved watching the boats come in to their condos. Even with the boats you still could float in the water right there at the condo. Very friendly folks live around the condo. Was Very Quiet. I am a light sleeper and slept well. Beds are very comfy. All rooms very clean and tidy. Lovely people would defiantly stay again. Just minutes from the Beach. HIGHLY Recommend! Tell them ShellBell referred you.

Relaxing Utopia!

I stayed here for two weeks and it was amazing! It had all the necessary amenities you would need! We sat on the deck drinking coffee and watching a dolphin for about an hour. We caught some crabs from the dock and it was so fun. It is perfectly located between Port Arkansas and Corpus Christi. The morning and evening view was so beautiful while we were on the large back patio. There is a boat ramp half a block away where we could have rented a boat and docked it right out the back door. There is a bar/restaurant within walking distance and a 24 hour Whataburger! Mustang Island beach is less than a 5 minute drive. We had such a great time we are definitely going to book it again! (Next week)
