winter holiday
enjoyed the hot tub, beds were comfortable accurate description of property, easy check in and check out. Padre Escapes kept you in the loop if there were incidents such as wifi down etc. Everything was great. Only thing I would recommend is the main floor carpet should be shampooed. Had a quiet relaxing 2 month vacay.

A clean, nice location for your getaway!
This condo has everything you need for a nice vacation. The beds are comfortable, plenty of closet space, kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare meals, the bathrooms are roomy, the living room is comfortable with a nice deck for relaxing and watching the boats on the canal. The walks around the neighborhood were nice and you can walk to several stores or ride your bikes.

Great Labor Day Weekend Stay
Overall stay was great. The location was 6 minutes from the beach. The house was very clean and in good shape. The Padre Escape vacation rental management staff very helpful. Just suggest tv in rooms.

I can’t say enough about Pradre Escapes. They helped me find something at the last minute. Answered every call and text quickly.
They were very courteous, professional and helpful.
The condo we stayed in was fine, beds were comfortable, kitchen was the best equipped I’ve ever stayed in. It was also in a good location.
Only a few complaints that could be easily addressed. First the bathrooms should be cleaner, the refrigerator wasn’t thawed and cleaned. The other complaint is a personal preference. There was one tv in living area. I would always choose a condo with TVs in the bedrooms. One last thing, could have better towels. These were similar to towels you would expect at motel 6. Other than that I would stay here again. I do recommend this condo but I will always try to book through Pradre Escapes.

Padre waterfront adventure
Have to be honest and say that this was an excellent location for our great escape to the Padre Island/Corpus Christi area. Having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made our escape, with another couple, very comfortable. The wrap around deck was ideal for morning coffee and evening cocktails and the overall proximity to the pool and hot tub was perfect.
We had only one small issue and a quick call to Padre Isaland Escapes and it was rectified. Overall I give this location a full thumbs up for couples and families for their adventures to the area.

Save yourself the headache!
Not a very pleasant stay, power was going in and out the entire weekend we stayed. Hot tub does not work. Safe yourself the headache and don't stay here.

When speaking to the leasing agents, they were very professional and offered help in any way possible. They communicated great and the condo in which we stayed was Amazing! Everything was so clean, they offer ever kitchen appliances you could think of. The view was the best and all of the neighbors there were so friendly! I can’t wait to book with them again! One of the best vacations ever!

Nice location - unit needs improvement
Overall the experience was ok - the unit itself needs help
The kitchen drain smelt like fish, one of the chairs at the dining table has a broken wheel - my daughter sat in the chair and moved it and fell on the floor - there were 2 red stains over by the couch - my husband kept on getting bites while stirring on the couch - the stairs need to be updated they are weathered
The unit overall needs to be updated and painted more neutral colors and new living furniture as it looks a bit old / stained

It was a great location! Close to beach. The condo was really nice and well equipped. Loved the closeness to the pool. My only complaint is that the dryer took forever to dry clothes, and the dishwasher didn’t start. But that’s a small detail in an otherwise great vacation.

Nice Condo short drive from the beach
Our stay was overall great. There were several nights that a group of 14/15 year olds spent hours yelling and diving off the dock by the pool. (Well past 11pm) I have no issues with people being in the pool past 11, but would have been nice if they had been supervised by some adults to keep down the noise. Our condo was very nice and clean.

Visit to the Texas Beaches
Overall the location was great , just across the canal from my my daughter who we were visiting, but we had the furniture was dated . The kitchen was well stocked but would recommend adding more towels in the bathroom groom and kitchen. The common area was wonderful, pool water was clean but the jacuzzi had a lot of mulch in the water. The he last day of our visit we had sunshine and visited the Lexington for an airshow, was fabulous.

Excellent stay. CSPN209 was very comfortable and clean. No problem with noise. The best unit that I stayed in on North Padre Island. The staff at Padre Escapes, LLC were excellent. All questions were promptly answered in a very timely manner. I will stay at this site again.

Bad trip! Ended up sick!
we all came down with COVID-19. the united needs to be detail cleaned. found old food in seat at table, couch cushions and dining room chair cushions needs to be cleaned. With COVID-19 i didnt smell anything bleached. went to the pool and had to listen to them build or adding to a dock. No T.V.'s in bed rooms. Very hot had to by a fan.

This is the first we've heard of this and frankly it seems like a stretch. Not sure how you could be so sure you caught it there and additionally we clean with CDC certified disinfectants after every stay then just before your arrival our inspectors do a second run on high touch points like switches, remotes, door knobs, etc.

Awesome place to stay!
The condo was really nice! Loved everything about it was very clean and very well kept up and nicer than the pictures online I think. Me and my family stayed three nights in July for my birthday and really enjoyed the place and all the amenities as well. Really liked the fact that you can fish right in the back yard of the property although didn’t really have much of luck caught a few speckled trout and cat fish but pretty small. Really looking forward to our next getaway and booking the same Unit.

Great Place
For the price, it was everything we needed. It's on the boating canal with balcony view. There were a few minor maintenance matters that they were resolving (like a panel on the bathtub jacuzzi that was loose), but not a big deal. It was a great value, on the water, near the beaches, on the island. I recommend it.

Loud drunks at the pool each night, 4 towels for 6 people, a bit expensive, no parking for guests, dirty carpet. Won't recommend nor stay at one of their properties again.

Nice spacious accommodation convenient to main road. Nice furnishings. Disappointed that there was no coffee in unit. Felt secure and had good view of canal. This is an excellent u it if you are bringing a boat. The slip is right out back. Disappointed that there was a "property fee"! Not exactly sure what that is.

Great Family Vacation!!!
This was our second year in a row staying here for our summer coast trip. A great location for nice beaches! The kids love fishing in the channels and the pool is perfect to cool down after a long day at the beach! We are already looking forward to next year!!!

Spinnaker Review
Had a nice time. Nice place, very clean. Other than having to tighten the front door handle before it fell off and the toilet not running and having to use a pitcher to fill the tank. Would stay again.

A class condo
I was informed by email that The condo was ready 4 hours ahead of the scheduled time, walked into the office and my package was waiting for me. All that was required was my identification. The staff was very welcoming.
The property was clean and ready.
Wish it was on the beachfront.

Great Long Term Rental
We stayed here for 6 weeks. The location near Corpus Christi and the National Seashore - and food shopping at the local HEB was only a couple of miles away across the Causeway. Padre Escapes, the management company, was aways responsive and considerate. The unit itself was more than we hoped for. A second and third floor condo in the middle of the complex overlooking the pool and canal. The view across the canal was of another condo complex. .. also hear the noise of the main road. A lot of fun however, to see all the bird life around the canal, the boaters, and kayakers. There is a boat slip for this unit - maybe next time we’ll bring a kayak. The balcony wrapped around the corner of the building allowing us one of the few condos in this complex to get any afternoon sun. The general maintenance of the complex was good and was actively evident. And when we had 2 small issues with our unit we contacted Padre Escapes and these issues were addressed almost immediately (Padre Escapes has a great app to interface with them) Our unit was wonderful - very well appointed, and comfortable. There was a 42" flat screen TV (that was not in the photos on the unit online) with a DVD player and cable. The internet was very reliable. Loved having palm trees right next to our balcony and also out of our bedroom window (which faced the parking lot and could be loudish - but also one could see the Laguna Madre from our window.) The guest bedroom looked out over the pool. We are walkers, and the nearby neighborhood allowed us easy access to a relatively pleasant afternoon walk routine. Biking was marginal.... we did a bit in residential neighborhoods but the Island is not set up for significant bike usage - cars rule.

Thanksgiving vacation
We've stayed in this property twice. There is ample room for everyone to gather and not feel cramped at all. We had Thanksgiving dinner with 10 to 15 people in and out of the condo. The beds are comfortable. The only small downside is there is no bathroom in the master. It is in the hall and shared with the other bedroom. We had a problem with the smoke alarm, which decided to start chirping at 2 am and could not be reached without a ladder. I called the next morning and the manager came promptly to replace the batteries. We've had great response from the management company when we've called. The property has been clean and well kept. The location is great and there is a pool and hot tub for guests, although we did not use them this trip. We visit the Island a few times a year and plan to stay at this property again.

Fishing Trip
Great location. Boat dock sits right in front of unit...huge plus. Unit overlooks pool/dock. Pool was awesome. Took several hours for the unit to cool. Furniture/carpet needs updating. Carpet was dirty and did not appear to be vacuumed. Horrible smell coming from downstairs. Downstairs bathroom makes a very loud/scary noise after flushing. Upstairs tub does not drain well. Coffee pot was filthy.

Good experience for family
This was a great experience. Second time on the Island with family. Property location was great and nicely maintained. Minor exception being the bath didn't appear to drain well. All in all, it was a great experience and will definitely be recommending it to friends and relatives. Looking forward to next visit.

Good location clean condo
We spent 2 nights here, awesome condo and the staff was very helpful. The condo I had originally wanted was already taken so the lady on the phone walked me through their website to find another place to stray with the same view. Would definitely use Padre Escapes again.

Great vacation getaway
Spent almost three months here and loved every minute of it. No surprises, what you see on line is what you get, had everything we needed. Only a ten minute drive to HEB, or Walmart which are both excellent for grocery shopping. enjoyed a visit to the USS Lexington which is just seeped in history, the aquarium where we petted the stingrays and sharks, even drove to San Antonio and took in the Riverwalk...2 1/2 hour drive but worth it. Would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Thankgiving at the Beach!
We had an excellent experience from booking with Padre Escapes all the way to check out. The property and complex was well maintained. The unit was very clean and in a great location. The TV could use an upgrade though. Great kitchen and appliances. The family had a great time at the beach which is only a mile or so from the condo. We can't wait to come back again.

There were several broken items. We contacted padre island rentals and ac was fixed the same day. Qthe other broken items we noted and no charge to me

Beautiful and convenient location
It was a very convenient location. We loved the condo. The only complaint we have is the air in the master bedroom was not cooling well. I sent several request to fix forms and it took 3 days to get a portable fan. It was miserable for half the vacation and for the price we paid that was ridiculous.
