Liked the Condo but had a smell of sewer
It was an ok condo, the biggest problem I had is the front bathroom smelled like sewer, smell went away after a few days, wish the had better chairs and more seating on the balcony

Second Floor Condo GREAT
We enjoyed our stay. Second floor location was nice. It was convenient to stairs and grills. Stairs were great cuz the elevators at this facility are slow and sometimes not working. Location to courtyard great. Inside furniture great. I would ask for more towels and dish towels. It's hard to dry when given only one towel and it's still wet from the day before. Pool could have used a good shocking. It was very, very cloudy.

Well stocked but need more spoons!
The place was nice. It had all the kitchen essentials, with cooking and serving dishes, wine glasses, etc. but there were only 3 spoons. Also, the big knives were was well kept and one of the best Gulfstream condos we've stayed at.

Padre Escapes please correct.....
This condo could’ve been a five star except for,
(1) there is only 1 small pan,1 pot and no cooking sheets, for a party of 6 planning to cook, this was not sufficient.
(2)there was a dirty paper plate with old food on it under one of the twin beds. Not acceptable Padre Escapes! Please have your cleaning crew look under beds for trash. Other than that the condo was very nice and furnished and decorated nicely. I use Padre Escapes often in the summer and this is the first negative experience.

We will address it with the individuals and make sure it is better going forward. I was unable to locate any calls or messages with reported issues during your stay. Perfect beach location
Our condo was very clean and well kept. The king bed was comfortable but twin bed could have been more comfortable. The proximity to the beach could not have been better. The beach was so nice and clean. We were completely satisfied with the staff and amenities. Definitely recommend and will return again.

Beach Vacation
I spent a few days in this home with my family. The home was spotless and well-maintained. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Check in and check out was quick and efficient. The pool was very nice - heated in March.. Property was right on the beach with access thru a secured gate. Great home to enjoy a trip to the beach.

Needs updating!
The unit itself was in fair shape, although the furniture really needs to be replaced. The glass coffee table is too much of a hazard to shins.Thanks to the ladies at Padre Escapes we finally got some pots and pans to cook with, wasn't any at all in the unit. The two bedrooms were a plus as was the walk in shower. Nice for us older snowbirds!The beds were quite comfy. The unit could use a new coat of paint, pretty scuffed up in a lot of areas.
