Harbor View Escape is a three story, waterfront townhome in a newly built area on North Padre Island! This property offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating a family of 14. With high end amenities, including a fully equipped, stunning kitchen with quartz countertops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar. The living space offers a bright and open concept with a cozy sofa to relax with the family and enjoy the flat screen TV. This space is great for entertaining and dining with the family. Many sleeping options to choose from: the master bedroom includes a king size bed on the third floor with a private bathroom, the second bedroom offers a king size bed on the second floor with a private bathroom that is shared with the main common area, the third and fourth bedroom are also on the third floor and share the guest bathroom with one offering a king size bed and the other offering two sets of kid friendly, twin over full size bunk beds. Easy access to the water for you to soak up the sun and rest around the sparkling, heated pool or dock your boat at the reserved boat slip. It's time to get away from busy life and marvel in the sunsets on your next vacation!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes promises to launder our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 5500SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver's License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest's name on the reservation.
