We stay at the Beach Club every year for vacation! We love the proximity to the beach, the fishing pond, and the pool. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing view from our balcony this year! The only negative for us, as we love to cook, is there were only 3 forks and a large serving fork for us to use.

We were originally supposed to get another unit, but due to some maintenance issue, wee had to move to another. Brayden was extremely helpful and got us a new unit right away. Everything was smooth and seamless. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Staying at the Beach Club is always the highlight of our summer. It is close to restaurants and most importantly the beach.

The unit itself was very clean and exactly as described. Had everything we needed to make a great vacation... the bed was a bit too soft for us but again the unit was great.

We did have an Irish issue upon arrival but rental staff were fast and fair incoming to a resolution.

I will say that the buildings themselves need some TLC. Carpet dirty, walls beat up. But overall good vacation

It was a quick weekend at the beach. My husband was fighting a cold and needed some vitamin SEA! It worked like a charm to sit and breath some salt air and get some good vitamin D as well. We saw great sunrises and sunsets and the condo worked great for this!

This is a very nice condo. We stayed for a week to move our daughter back for summer college. It was the perfect size for 3 adults and a pet. The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants were not that far away. The bed was comfortable however the fitted sheet kept managing to come off at each corner at the top of the bed during our sleep. I had to fix it every morning but this did not damper our stay or inconvenience us at all. I believe the elastic in the sheets were worn out or the sheet was too big. The kitchen was perfect and had everything I needed to prepare a meal. I was a little surprised there was no dishwashing soap just cubes for the dishwasher. I am old fashioned and hand wash my dishes. Since we were moving our daughter back to TAMU we used her dish soap so no biggie. We really enjoyed our stay and loved sitting on the balcony both day and night listening to the waves crash on the beach, guest fishing in the pond and birds flying by.

We just spent a wonderful week at Island Vibes - the condo was clean, well-laid out and very comfortable with a lovely view over the private pond (great fun watching the fish jumping in and out of the water) and the Gulf in the distance from the 3rd floor balcony. Booking and check-in were a breeze! Just remember that there is no elevator, so you will get your steps in going up and down the stairs. I would thoroughly recommend staying at this cute apartment.

Had a perfect stay at "Island Vibes" in NPI. The condo was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Hanging out on the balcony in the morning and evening and listening to the surf was great!! Even though it's a 3 story building with many units, we never heard anyone else the whole time we were there. We loved the pool and fully equipped gym. The proximity to some excellent places to eat was a bonus and the beach was within walking distance. We will definitely come back and rent this condo again!!!

Our stay at the beach condo was overall quite enjoyable. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views of the ocean, and the amenities were as described. The interior was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, we did encounter an issue with a significant number of ants during our stay. While it didn't ruin our experience, it's something that could be improved upon. We'd recommend this condo to others, with the hope that the ant issue is addressed for future guests.

This is a cute unit. Great view of the dunes Te you can see the water since it’s on the 3rd floor. But speaking of the 3rd floor, make sure you understand there is no elevator. The unit is in need of some maintenance but it’s hard to keep up a property right on the coast like this. The biggest issue is that there is a strong mold odor. I thought it might go away but it lingered through out our 4 day stay.

The condo was perfect and SUPER clean! Has a full kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, all the basic kitchen items, and a full sized washer and dryer. Has a small pond in addition to the beautiful pool and though it’s not ON the beach, you CAN see the ocean from the balcony. Stress free booking and very friendly, helpful, management company! There isn’t an elevator, but even considering that...I would go back again and would 110% recommend it!

First the positive. CBC333K was clean and quite. The location is ok, as stated about 1,200' from the beginning of the beach there are other properties that are adjacent to the beach on that street. There is convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The kitchen had minimum cooking utensils but enough prepare what I wanted. Be sure to bring everything from cooking spray, spices etc. because none can be left in the property. Now a few negatives. The big one for my wife was that there were ants. Since we had dogs we did not call to have them spray when we were there. Second Sand Burrs, the dogs could not leave the paths or they were stuck in their paws. The property needs to treat for them. This is a 3rd. floor as stated with no elevator so be prepared to walk up and down. This unit and building needs small repairs. I had to tighten the deck door knob so that is did not fall off. The door blinds are looking very old and fragile so we did not want to use them. The hall ways and stairs had sand and burrs everywhere and were not cleaned the week we were there. Beware that they posted that only 2 guest per apartment at the pool at a time so if you have more they are required to take turns using the pool. We did not smell any mold or mildew as stated on other reviews.

Apologies, as well, about the sand spurs. I have notified the HOA of this problem. For any pathways leading to and from the beach that are outside of the complex, we strongly recommending staying the course of the pathway to avoid such hazards and various wildlife that may be dwelling undisturbed. We also appreciate you tightening the knob, but would have gladly sent in a team member to take care of this during your stay. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and we hope that you will return to stay with us again, as we have many properties available across the island. Very uncomfortable and the unit due to the mold and mildew! When you walk up the stairs they are very moldy and mildew because of the carpet. Immediately when we open the door the mold and mildew was so strong that before I would touch anything or unpack anything I had to mop and disinfect the entire unit with Pine-Sol and cleaner that I purchased myself. Then we put a sheet over the couch in order to feel comfortable sitting on it. The layout is great the location is perfect and we had a good stay in the island oh, but was just comfortable in the unit because of the mold and mildew that we could not get rid of. Luckily it was only a two-night stay and I would not have done any more days of that because of the mold. Get rid of the mold and mildew and I think it would be a much better stay. The management company for Padre escapes was excellent check in and check out with excellent. We would really like to have half of our money back that we paid on this unit because it was expensive and given the fact that we had to clean and it was never up to par and we never felt comfortable. We wanted to like the property, we really did. But when we opened the door, we were hit with the stench of mold/mildew. The place absolutely reeked. I have photos of mold/mildew on the walls and ceiling in several places, which I will provide if you request. This problem needs addressing immediately as it is a health hazard. In addition, the drain in the bathtub is blocked up. When we showered, it took ten minutes for the water to drain from the tub after we were done. I wish we had requested to move to another condo as soon as we arrived, but we were in a rush to get to a boat tour, and then when we returned it was bedtime and we were too tired to address the problem. Even after we returned home, our clothes and suitcase smelled like mold/mildew and needed cleaning. Since we spent a lot of money to have a nice condo for the weekend, we felt ripped off because the place smelled so bad we spent as little time there as possible. We will not return to Padre Escapes or recommend it to anyone else.

This is the perfect place to stay while at the beach. I loved that I could see the ocean from both of the windows in the bedroom. I loved being able to see the ocean from the balcony. That was super important for me. Also I have never seen so many dragonflies. It was quite, sometimes it felt like we were the only ones there as we didn’t see very many people. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the tub took forever to drain. Just to take a quick shower to wash off sand, and you have water that stays at your ankles. I would stay here again. The price was perfect. They had a closet full of stuff too, like coloring books, puzzles, etc., I liked that. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions.

Condo was a 2 minute walk to the beach. Only thing that would have made that better was to be able to see the beach from the Condo. It was clean and orderly. Had all we needed for our stay. The light in the utility closet was burned out and the fan right outside our door was falling out of the ceiling. It was taken down, but they left the mess of sheetrock, etc on the carpet. It would have been nice to maybe have some motion lights when you came inside the unit where you walk up the steps to your condo, but overall our stay was great. I would love to come back again.

Traveled with the family which included 2 kids under 2 years old, its never easy. Not only is it added luggage/equipment its added work. In our case we were not told or we did not realize the appt was on the 3 floor of a building with no elevator. This fell short of an expectation we would have liked to have known. The property images do show it closer to the beach than all actuality. Other than this the stay was okay. The AC worked great which was nice and Padre Escapes was pretty responsive. While I would rent from PE again I would not rent this condo, not at this price anyhow.

Fantastic location-- great rental for the two of us. Well maintained. Would not hesitate to rent again and will definitely recommend to friends.
Only one small downside-- everything was clean except for the dishes so had to wash plates before use...pans were unusable (caked-on-dirty with all non-stick scraped off) no spatula either. This would not keep me from renting again but was a small disappointment.

Condo #333 has the best view in The Beach Club. The gulf is literally across the street! Ocean breezes and the sounds of the waves crashing were just what we needed for our weekend getaway. Sitting on the balcony at sunset, watching the fish and turtles in the pond and listening to birds sing were added bonuses. The Beach Club is a beautiful palm tree lined complex with a sparking pool and hot tub. Island Vibes had plenty of room, was comfortable, clean and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back and recommend this cute beachy place to anyone looking for an oasis.

At first glance the property was great. It was close to the beach and would have been even better if the pool was open. However, our first night we discovered tiny ants. They were all over the house. In the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and closet. One night we were woken up by them crawling in the bed. I emailed the property through the app the next morning but didn’t hear back from anyone. Because of this, we would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The size of the condo was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The location was walking distance to the beach and central to town. This unit is very quiet as it doesn’t face the main road, it has a nice pond from the balcony view, and you can barely see the ocean and heat it from the balcony as well. The unit was very clean and up kept and we spent most of our time on the balcony since a cool front blew in while we were there. Our only complaints were that the stairs were super steep (more so an issue with our dog but we managed), and the AC didn’t work the first night and it took until the next night for it to get fixed. We would’ve opened the windows but it was severe thunderstorms that first night. Also, (at no fault to the owners), a water main had broken so the condos had their water shut off for about 3hrs one day without warning,l. Luckily we had bottled water for our dog. If the AC worked the whole time I’d bump it up a star.

You can see and hear the Gulf of Mexico through every window. While relaxing on the balcony our family enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and we even saw fish swimming in the private pond. The beach is literally across the street and only took our family of 4 a couple of minutes walk. The condo conveniently provided us with beach chairs, sand toys and a cooler. The interior has a nice "Island Vibe" and is immaculate. Both beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked meals. The Beach Club grounds with it's palm trees, paths, gazebo and pond are so pretty. Our favorite part was relaxing by the pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in North Padre.

it was wonderful having such a cute home away from home. We were on the third floor so may not be best location for people with ambulation/stair issues. I loved the location because we could see the ocean from our balcony. Location on Padre Island was great. We went north and south locations on island with ease. Also nice to have access to grill and pool. We did not use other amenities.

Island vibes is the perfect name for this condo. From the beachy decor to the view of the actual ocean, this condo was perfect for the four of us. The best part was the short walk to the beach! They even provided us with beach toys and chairs! Another great amenity is the full kitchen and the clubhouse. It was nice to come home from the beach and hop in the hot tub. This condo will not disappoint!

Great short term rental out on the island. Fully furnished, nice pool area and short walk to the beach. The view from the balcony was great.
