Maintenance failure
The electrical outlet in the living room was not working when we arrived. So we were not able to use TV and internet. I called the property management and reported the issue. No maintenance people came until 3:30pm the following day after multiple calls. Some of the ned and furniture needs to be replaced due to wear and tear. The only good thing about our stay is for them to give us a partial refund and complimentary late check out for the inconvenience .

Great family get away
The condo was clean, spacious, stocked with necessities, cold a/c, quiet location. Beach Access to White Cap was only 5 mins away. Pool area was nice with plenty of shade areas and bbq pits. Our group of 11 all enjoyed the stay.

Budget friendly
Overall the home was beautiful and budget friendly. We did inquire some issues. Such as a whole dresser falling on someone due to it being unstable, and Padre Escapes fixed the issue (anchoring the dresser to the wall) but only apologized about the injuries. Having to spend money on my urgent care visit and post care back home was not on my plans. The AC unit also stopped working and it took quiet a few hours to get them to go look at it and fix it. We had to go find a cool place because the house was unbearable. Again place is really nice, big, close to the beach and great price point.

EXCELLENT FAMILY STAY
This was our first booking with Padre Escapes, the home was beautiful, and the pool was perfect for our kids. Everybody had their own space, definitely plenty of room, everything was clean. The only slight issue we ran into was the WI-FI, however management was there to help. The rental had everything you would need to live comfortably; we will book again next visit.
