Another Great Stay!
Cute, clean, and spacious property for our annual stay with visiting family. The kids loved the bunk room set up and had great sleepovers together!

Sweet Waves NPI D104K Great Place to Stay
Booked a trip to Padre Island CC with grand kids and their parents. Stayed at Nemo Car Resort D104K. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. There were some board games to play for various aged kids and adults. The kitchen was probably the best equipped that we have ever stayed. We always bring a box with cooking utensils because most places are lacking in that area but not this one. We loved the decor and the layout. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of space for toiletries and so forth. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again.

Overall good
The place was nice and spacious. The only complaint would be that we rented a golf cart, and due to their rules, we couldn't drive it to this place due to its location. So if you plan on a golf cart rental, it will be a hassle. Also, the place was clean but didn't smell clean, the fridge was clean but had a weird smell, which I feel would've been solved by using a nice smelling cleaning product. Beds and linens were clean, the washer and dryer were nice, they had a small pack of detergent which we used up while there.

Spacious/Clean/
This is my second time renting with Padre Escapes and first time renting a townhome. This property was clean, fully stocked, spacious and centrally located. I will definitely rent from Pare Escapes again! Their communication is great, staff are great to work with & professionals, on time and properties are exactly as described. Only recommendation I would give in the townhome is to put up a privacy fence on the back patio other than that I would recommend this property. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and one small dog.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
This was the perfect spot for a little getaway with friends. The place was clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids, and the location is ideal. So close the beach and good food, the heated pool was a bonus for the kiddos. I'll definitely be back!

Great Location & Family Friendly
Perfect spot for a few adult couples and lots of kids. Great location with easy access to the beach, the tourist spots in Corpus, great coastal dining on the island and Padre Island National Seashore, or just hang at the heated pool! Fully stocked kitchen, linens, towels, and everything you need for a weekend escape or an extended vacation.

Beautiful and spacious
Overall the condo was spacious and clean. It’s well decorated and stocked. However the one thing that kept us from enjoying our stay and coming back were the beds. The kids bunk beds were fine, but the king size beds were horrible and hard. I had a neck/back pain all weekend. I would suggest some mattress toppers.

Clean and spacious
Available towels per guest was kind of an issue. We stayed 3 nights and with 6 total adults and 5 kids. I believe we were issued 4 towels. We wouldve gladly reused washed and shared but laundry detergent wasn’t available. And trip back to grocery store wasnt an option for us once we settled in.

We love winter and fall at Padre. Sweet Waves was the perfect stay. Clean, all amenities needed are supplied, centrally located and a heated pool! We will be back

Great place for a girls’ weekend!
We really enjoyed our stay at Sweet Waves! The house was so comfortable and clean, and everything we needed was readily available! The heated pool was great for a January swim! It’s in a good location, just a short drive from the beach and local attractions. We will definitely be back!

Amazing
We went to the beach for a quick getaway and I did not want to leave, I even told my husband “we could live in this!” Super clean, very spacious and decorated oh so cute! It was the perfect spot for a long weekend and I can’t wait to go back and stay longer. A short drive to the beach, big heated pool for the kids and amazing sunset views!

We make this trip every year and have always stayed with Padre Escapes. The rooms are great, the place has everything you would need to enjoy a family vacation. The only downside was they were getting over a roach problem. It was not super bad but we killed maybe 5 while sweeping up the sand from the beach. With that being said the place is very clean. This is a pest control issue not a housekeeping issue. When we left the housekeeper was kind enough to turn in the stuff my kids left behind. That included $20, a credit card and an outfit. The office called and offered to mail it to us. We asked that the housekeeper keep the $20. I respect the honesty and hope they get over the bug problem. We will definitely be back next year.

Alternative housing
Our original rental had a water leak and smelled like mold. We were moved from that rental into another smaller rental for the night. We had planned to stay two nights but only could only stay the one night because there were no more rentals available. Padre escapes is gave us the difference back to our account and is giving us a discount on our next stay. I was upset we didn’t get stay both nights but at least the situation was handled in a professional manner.

Great Family Vacation
Stayed in Corpus with family, at the Nemo Cay Resort and it was a great family vacation! My kids really enjoyed themselves. The condo was extremely kid-friendly and welcoming and the resort was amazing. We are already planning for another trip!!

Spacious and comfortable.
We loved our stay. The only thing we didn’t like was the parking. Very small spaces. If everyone drove cars it would be fine but lots of big trucks made it hard to get to your door at times.

Excellent
Condo was extremely clean, spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The location is good for exploring Corpus Christie, Port Aransas and the island. We enjoyed our stay.

A great stay!!
It was very clean. Comfortable and great location. For what we needed. Pool was good size. Little dirty but what can I say it is in Corpus Christi. Sand everywhere!! PSWe have been here by an invite from a friend. And we came back again. Very nice!!

THE PLACE WAS GREAT,BUT THE MATTRESS WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, I SUGGEST A PILLOWTOP . I WOULD NOT CHOOSE THAT UNIT AGAIN ONLY BECAUSE OF THE MATTRESS.

A great place to stay
Staying at Nemo Cay Resort was the best condo experience we've stayed at! The unit was very clean & pretty, checking in & out was easy, the staff was friendly, beds were comfortable, the entire unit is very well stocked & decor is awesome, my kids loved the pool & the stay, great place for a family stay, the entire property is very well kept, & parking in front of the condo is very convenient. We didn't mind that it wasn't beach front since the drive to the beach & fishing pier took about 5min. Loved Whitecap Beach! The sand is soft & beach was clean. The owner's truly take pride in this condo. We enjoyed it so much that we stayed an extra night! We'd definitely stay here again!

Great experience. Easy check in. Clean. Nice pool.
We really liked this condo. We' were looking for something that had a first-floor bedroom and this was perfect. We rented several condos for a family reunion and everybody had a great time. Very clean and updated. Enjoyed the pool and playground. Wish there were more towels and fewer emails and texts from the padre escapes.

The place was lovely and kid friendly, but the dishes were dirty with old food stuck on the pots, pans, & plates. The sheets were disgusting there was private body hair on the master sheets and stains on one of the kids sheets in the bunk room. Other than having to come in and wash everything the place is great just need to get a handle on cleaning services so that guests can relax totally and not have to clean first. Especially when guests are paying a cleaning fee.

Very clean, Loved our stay!
Our experience was wonderful. The property management group was very friendly, We were able to check in early to accommodate our arrival. Check in was down the street from the resort. Property description was accurate, and the property was very clean. We went to Whitecap beach which was just a mile down the road from the resort, we loved the location. Around lots of restaurants and gas stations/convenience stores.

Amazing spot!
This was an amazing beach house. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids room was amazing! It even had games for them to play. The pool was great too- sadly though we couldn't get the fountains to work for the kids. Port Arnasas wasn't far away (and a total tourist trap- so glad we didn't stay there) and there were dolphins in the water! This house is also minutes from the beach! My kids ask daily when we're going back!

Great Stay!!!
Traveling with young children is always a challenge. This rental was absolutely perfect for our family and friends vacation. The layout was roomie, beds were comfy, condo was clean! The location was perfect close to beach and many restaurants. The pool was perfect for our boys. We enjoyed our stay very much and would def come back again!

Charming Stay
When we arrived at the rental i was expecting to be on the beach and easy access to a pool. To my disnay there was no beach in walking distance. Although i was initially disappointed I quickly was informed that the beach was within a 5-10 minute drive. The facility was nice and comfortable. My only issue was it said it sleeps 10 but i only counted enough for 8-9. Would use the rental in future.

1. Master sleeps 2. 2. King room upstairs sleeps 2. 3. Kids room sleeps 4 (top bunk sleeps 1, bottom bunk is a full and sleeps 2 and the trundle pull out sleeps 1) 4. Hide a bed sofa is a queen and sleeps 2. This totals 10.

FANTASTIC PLACE TO STAY!
This is a place to stay if you are looking to get away for the weekend. Couldn't believe how nice this place was and how comfortable we felt there. My work family and I are definitely planning on staying here again! :)

A wonderful place to stay.
Our family had a wonderful time staying here. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook so we didn't have to go out. The back patio was very nice to BBQ on and big enough to sit and relax. We will definitely stay here next time we come back on vacation.
