Great place
Place was very clean and came with limited items until we could get to the store. Loved the heated pool once it was fixed. Great view.

2024 stay
Beds were uncomfortable, as well as the furniture. My family and I have always enjoyed our stay here. We love the location so we'll be staying at nemo again but not in unit 124.

15124 Dory drive Nemo Cay
This resort is located in a nice location. I have stayed at this resort with a family member before and I chose to bring my own family, but I never realized they are all independently owned. In our case, our townhome is sized exactly the same lay out as the others the same size (ours was 2bed 3 full bath) but I feel like the owners really cheaped out and have extremely outdated/low quality or hand me down items in this townhome. The beds were definitely the worst. All of the beds. We felt like goldilocks trying a different bed each time. We ended with the couch pull out the second night. Showers were not good. Dead roach at the top of the stairs and in the closet when we arrived. Not comfortable couch and low quality outdoor patio chairs. We swept and mopped and cleaned up before we left to leave it as clean as possible for the next guest, because I feel it is given a quick wipe over. The floors were not a big deal, but the couches had alot of crumbs and the pull out bed. I wanted a comfortable stay instead of going to a hotel ,I opted to pay extra, I would again but not at this room number. I promise the beds are not worth it. Everyone woke up hurting and early, not by choice.

Beach vacation.
The house was basically as described, good location on Padre Island. The community pool was good for the kids, pretty quiet during the week but very busy weekends. Overall not bad for a house 2 minutes from the beach.

Before school vacation
My family and I would stay here more often. Very clean and parking is good. Only drawback master bedroom mattress Very uncomfortable. Every time I call the office whomever I talk to, They were very helpful. Thank you, see you next year.

Cute place, closish to beach... uncomfortable beds and dirty floo
Overall I found the location great close to beach but still maybe a 5 minute drive depending on what part you want to go to. The construction on the road is what was most problematic to get to the beach but we all know that will be done. Pool was a good size and plenty of people were able to be there at the same time. The size of the Condo was great 3 full baths which was great when you have 8 people staying there. We weren't all on top of each other either. A few complaints, the floors were dirty when we got there. And the amount of fee we get charged for a cleaning I would think that wouldn't have been a problem. (But this is also not a deal breaker) but the beds!!! OMG I understand it's probably expensive to get a condo with beds and dishes and stuff in there. But man where the beds the most uncomfortable things ever. Everyone of is even the kids woke up complaining. I would just recommend the owner invest I'm better mattresses if I had any suggestions

October 2022 Columbus Day Weekend
The only reason I did not give this a 5 star is because we were only able to access the pool 2 of the 5 days we stayed due to pool maintenance on the deck. Thank goodness the beach was amazing! This unit looks exactly like the pictures. It is very plain with very little decorations. This was ok since we rented 3 units and this one was one of the smaller ones rented and we only cooked and slept in this unit. If you are wanting the "beach" atomosphere in your unit I would not recommend this unit. However this unit is was very clean and the beds were comfy.

It was a nice place but....
The home was nicely furnished but the walls were bare and lacked color making the interior very bland. There were ants in the kitchen that came out as soon as we put food out.

We loved our long stay!
We stayed almost two weeks at this location for work. We loved the pool, and the short drive to the ocean. The house wasn't really decorated, but we didn't need anything fancy. It met all our needs and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect beach getaway
Rental was very clean, AC was cold, space was huge, parking right at the door and extra for those with 2 vehicles. We didn’t have time to enjoy pool or playground area as we spent most of our time at the beach. Rental had washer/dryer which helped so much as we were at the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and dishes needed to eat in. Limited restaurants in area. Bridge is under construction so getting on and off is a big delay. We stopped at HEB and stocked up on snacks, drinks, and breakfast etc. Master bedroom bed mattress is very thin but comfortable considering weight. My husband is a little heavier than me so he was not comfortable- he felt rails underneath.

Great time at the beach!
Very nice property, clean and in good condition. It's also only a short drive to get to the beach. Only small downside was the sofa sleeper was very uncomfortable, but other than that it is a very nice place.

Quiet neighborhood
It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood. Love the pool and outdoor area. The condo was nice but mattresses need to be replaced and the housekeeping needs to do a better job. Overall would recommend and return

Could have been better
Smaller than it appears. Roaches were a problem in the kitchen and sofa bed. Mattress in the master bedroom is horrible, flimsy and squeaky. Pool water was not clean as it should have been. Towels-OMG not enough towels to shower, and pool,much less beach. For the price I paid, I was not satisfied.

Thank you for the feedback. We have been able to address the "roach problem" since your stay and there are extra bath towels available in the property. Your stay was on Labor Day weekend when the pool had heavier than normal traffic, that is rarely an issue at the complex though. Thank you again for the feedback.

Great Little Vacation Home
We were pleasantly surprised about how nice the rental was. Super spacious, & had everything we needed. It fit 8 of us quite comfortably.

First time in Padre!
We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Padre Island in the midst of a pandemic. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy our stay!

Ok
The mattresses were terrible, you could feel every spring in them and everyone woke up in pain throughout the nights we were there. All the door knobs were falling off, and the doors were hard to open and close. We saw a DVD player so we rented movies and then found out the DVD player was broken. When I called about it they said the people who rented it before us complained about it as well! Meaning you all knew the DVD player was broken and didn’t fix it. The dresser in The master was falling apart, we were afraid to touch it. The toilet in the 2 room took forever to flush. The floor was nasty and our shoes and chairs stuck to the floors. The lamps in the living room, only one side would work. The other side wouldn’t pull down for the light. The table was super wobbly, you would spill stuff if anyone touched the table.

Perfect stay in paradise
Couldn't have asked for a better place. The whole house was awesome, very clean, very spacious, very well maintained. Loved staying here. I highly recommend this house for your vacation needs. The beach is close by too.

Great location!
The rental is in a great location! Just short drive to the beach. The house was clean when we got there. I had to call Padre escapes to get the check in info because they didn’t send me the text like they were supposed to- but no big deal. I would suggest a new mattress in the king size bed and definitely new pillows! If you’re going to visit bring your own pillows!! Other than that we enjoyed our vacation.

Vacation stay
I really enjoyed the rental. However I wish that the location was discussed with me further before arrival. The pool was small and was very heavy chlorinated. Other then that I think that it was a nice place.

Nice and comfortable
My family of 6 love staying here. This was our second time back. We love how we can lounge around and cook our own meals, 3 people at a time can shower, wash clothes if we need to, all have a bed to sleep on, and cable to watch with free WiFi, a pool to swim, and a play set to play on. It’s like our very own beach house...that’s what the kids call it ��.

Our Getaway after Hurricane Harvey
Found this gem after our home was damaged by Hurricane Harvey. We stayed two months and had all the comforts of home. Much better than a small hotel room. It was a great location and not to far of a drive to the beach.

My New Favorite Condos in Corpus Christi
My brother and I stayed in a 2 bedroom condo from Aug 5-8, 2016. His daughter, her husband and 2 kids visited us during the day. The kids(6 & 8) could have spent all day in the pool. The adults loved it too. The unit was perfect for our needs. We were able to easily walk to the strip center behind the resort, and everything else we needed was within a mile. I've rented condos and houses several times a year for over 20 years, and right now, this one is our favorite, mostly due to the pool and playground.

Great location on N Padre Idland
The unit was nicely laid out, incredibly convenient to the Schlitterbahn and nearby beaches. Walls between units are paper-thin, so we heard all the laughter and walking around in the adjoining units. Refrigerator wouldn't close all the way by itself, so we had to keep checking it. Wifi wasn't working, but mgt company helped me with a workaround. Overall, very nice.

Family and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy check in and check out. Great location for fishing with pier, jetty, Packery channel and Port Aransas. Will definitely return.

Weekend Get Away

Nice Getaway!
The place was great! It was a perfect location for my family, and our rental was very nice. We came to the coast for my father's birthday, so it was great to find a place where my siblings and I could all stay, including the kids. Also, we loved the pool! The check in/out was really easy, and everything was virtually hassle-free. My only disappointment was when a member of the staff emerged from the pool bathroom smoking a cigar, leaving the bathroom filthy and stinking. Very unprofessional, and gross. But, besides that experience, every other member of the staff was great to work with. And, we loved the place!

A Real Gem!
