Welcome to Pier 13 Cangrejos of the Canal! A one of a kind, three bedroom townhome that offers a spacious layout with beautiful features. Once you enter, you are greeted with a bright, open concept with an inviting coastal vibe. The living area includes a comfy sectional with a large TV to enjoy and has a lovely reading area with large windows viewing the canal. It opens up to the dining and kitchen area which include stainless steel appliances, marble counter tops, and plenty of storage. The dining area seats a family of four and the breakfast bar offers chairs for two. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a king size bed with a private bathroom that includes double sinks and a walk in shower. You will find a half bathroom on the first floor as well before heading upstairs. The second floor has the second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom with full size bunk beds and a twin trundle. Both share the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The best part are the private balconies overlooking the canal. One off the living area and the other is shared by both bedrooms upstairs. A great property to get away from your busy life and relax on the Island!

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don't do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A six-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver's License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS/WEIGHT RESTRICTION 45LBS OR LESS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.
