Manga Style!
Spent an enjoyable long Labor Day weekend here with friends and dogs. The space is large and very clean. Great location with a 5-10 minute walk to the beach or a quicker drive to get you onto the sand from the access road. Despite not stocking any pantry essentials — a new rule apparently; this is the first place I’ve rented with this policy — there is an excellent collection of quality matching cookware and plenty of dinner and glassware. And all the usual appliances. As fans of Japanese style, we all loved the artwork and decoration of the entire townhome. Beds were comfortable and the deck off the primary bedroom was a nice place to relax at the end of the day. The one surprise for me was that despite a beautiful sparkling clean pool, this HOA does not provide any pool chairs. (See pics) So if you want to swim and hang out don’t forget to bring your beach chairs!

Friends, pups, and a long weekend at the beach—sounds like a pretty great Labor Day! We're so glad you enjoyed the spacious, clean townhome, comfortable beds, relaxing deck, and all those unique Japanese-inspired touches. And having the beach just a short walk away definitely makes things easy! Just to clarify the pantry items, due to safety guidelines, we don't stock food or pantry items in our properties with the exception of tamper-resistant salt and pepper shakers. We're glad you found the kitchen itself so well equipped with everything you needed for cooking and dining! We appreciate the heads-up for future guests about bringing chairs to enjoy the pool area as well. Pool furnishings and amenities are managed by the HOA, so that's unfortunately outside of our control. Thanks for choosing Padre Escapes. We're happy you had such an enjoyable weekend and hope to welcome the whole crew back again!
