Yearly family trip

Really nice! No ice maker, stool was broken, laundry doors of the track, and no place to grill, but it was clean and the location was great.

Please note that BBQ pits aren’t allowed in our properties, and this complex doesn’t have grills, but grilling is permitted on the nearby beach. Enjoyed our time at Sandy Toes. It was spacious and clean. More information on what amenities are provided would help for better planning. Example; no salt or pepper or any spices. No cleanser or cleaning supplies. Dawn and sponge provided but nothing for pots or pans. Back patio could have been better maintained.

Great place for a long weekend getaway
The location is a 5 minute walk from the beach and has parking for 2 vehicles. Beds are comfortable and everything is provided as described.

Rental was as advertised, clean and good location. Close to the beach and pretty quiet. All bedrooms upstairs, living space on ground floor. My senior knees got practice going up steps! All in all a good place to stay.

Great stay at the beach
Everything was great, the one small issue was the wifi would not connect to the tv’s in the bedrooms. The other small issue was the outside spigot did not work to rinse off our coolers and chairs.

Sandy Toes @Beach Haven
We really enjoyed how close we were to the beach only a 10 minute walk. We were able to either walk the beach or the .8 mile seawall daily. The townhouse was very spacious with 3br and sleeping in the loft area. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We did encounter some issues but CJ was a whiz with repairs and so friendly!! Overall a great place to stay!! It could use some updating of the carpeting however.

Great stay!
We had a great time here. The location to the beach was awesome. They had everything we need aside from food of course. Even beach toys, which my daughter really enjoyed. We will definitely stay here again!

Corpus Summer Vacation
The rental was perfect. We had a couple minor maintenance issues and the rental team responded immediately. Cold AC and clean. I do recommend the rental owner provide a BBQ Grill like others we rented in the past. Overall, the place was perfect.

Great location and clean.
Ceiling fan in bunk bed room didn’t work so no one slept in there but other than that it was a great property! Ceiling fans are easily fixed!

1st Time Winter Texans
We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes in Beach Haven. Our unit was clean and comfortable and only a short walk to the beach. There is lots of beach equipment to make your beach vacation memorable. We really enjoyed walking the .8 mile seawall daily. The unit could use some updating but worked well for us and we have rebooked the unit again for next year. Staff at Padre were great to work with and any issues we encountered were handled very quickly. We recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Toes in Beach Haven. It was very comfortable and spacious but could use updating. The location is perfec5 and only a short walk to the beach. It comes with plenty of beach chairs and toys to make your beach vacation memorable. Bryson from Padre Escapes was very helpful in locating the perfect place to be Winter Texans and any problems we had were addressed quickly by their staff. We have booked the unit again for next year. and look forward to returning.
