We always loved staying at Palm Bay!! This condo was very clean with easy check-in & check-out!! It was perfectly situated from parking spot to the pool!! Would stay again!

The room was incredibly clean upon our arrival, I especially loved how the towels and blankets were wrapped in plastic to show the cleanliness. The amenities in the storage closet for the kiddos were really nice too. Overall, we loved the stay, and are already looking to book again.

This rental was great. Spacious and clean. Very close to the beach, a quick drive across the street and a few blocks to reach the beach. The pool on the property is very nice but could be cleaner. The pool water was foggy and our eyes burned through the next morning. The condo had a weird smell the entire stay, could be the cleaning products they use but the smell camr home with us and I was not fond of it. Over all would still stay again!

We loved it!! Cute patio in front. Adorable, Clean inside with everything we needed. Pet friendly. Our little dog loved it, too. A couple of minutes to the beach by car. Customer service was excellent! I highly recommend Padre Escapes!!

Close to stores and beach.
Didn't have enough towels for the 4 days.
The pullout sleeper sofa mattress pad was ripped and very very uncomfortable. The water spout outside our condo room had a lock on it and was unable to rinse offpur dandy feet, sandals outside prior to entering condo. The bedroom mattress is very thin and hard. Sleeping beds definitely needs to be upgraded. Good location but not comfortable. Had 2 dishwasher tabs for 4 days and one detergent packet that was enough for 1 load. We needed to do a load of towels every night to have next day.

Per the rental agreement, "Complimentary amenities will be provided in the property as a convenience until you have time to shop. These items include a sponge, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and make-up remover wipes. These items will not be replenished during your bath towel and one wash cloth will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the unit. " Thank you and we hope to see you again!

The photographer is excellent and has a nice wide-angle lens. The rental is comfortable, clean and quiet--the most important points for us. Nevertheless, $200 for our 2 very small dogs who did nothing to damage anything. For $200 you would think the complex would have grassy areas, but alas, we found only hot concrete and pebbles for dogs to walk on. The closest bit of grass belongs to a nearby gas station (Valero). The location of the rental was nice, and we would return again if we didn't have dogs. But $100/dog. Really???

Nice property plenty of space for two people comfortable bed and living room furniture. We booked this property because it had a nice pool complex. Overall the pool is nice but it’s not as big as it appears in the pictures. Over half of the pool is only about a foot deep kiddie pool with a water feature. Still very nice but it only takes a couple of families before it feels overcrowded in the deeper section. Would stay here again. It’s pet friendly and the units all have a nice fenced in porch which was really nice to get the dog cleaned up after going to the beach.

Condo was very nice and clean. Loved the decor. The king size bed was very comfy, pull out bed- not so much, but to be expected. Pool was very nice and clean. There was 4 of us staying and not enough towels so make sure to bring your own. Check out instructions were easy.

Good communication from Padre Escapes. We have stayed at this complex before and really enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach ... and love the fact that we can bring our small dog. We arrived late (after 10pm) and unfortunately the unit smelled strongly of pet urine. Since it wasn't an emergency I left a message at the management company and the next morning they worked around our timing schedule to come and make it right with a thorough enzyme cleaner ... they even moved furniture to get every area. This unit was fine, bed soft ... I was thankful to have the recliner.. more people should consider having a place to "put your feet up" in their rental. This unit was far enough from the pool that the pool noise was not a problem ... but close enough that you still had very easy access. Wish there had been a little more grass for the dog to "take care of business" ... had to walk to the street to find some green. All in all we would stay here again... and Padre Escapes did a nice job responding to our initial concerns.

The condo was perfect for out 1 week stay in Corpus. The pool was great for my husband and I and even better for our two year old. The condo was well stocked, clean, comfortable and a great oasis during our busy days. Location was easy to find and check in check out was flawless. Definitely worth the money!

Me and my family chose this rental because we knew they would make good use of the pool. With a two and four year old, it was a good choice for us. The place was very nice amd clean. Well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. I cant say there was anything we were missing in our rental. The location to beach was closer than I thought, I hope to go back soon with the fam!

Were here only while our house was being renovated. I would recommend changing the internet access to a "standard, i.e. "owner password" instead of a "guest" login.
While on the internet, it would drop you and you would have to login multiple times during the day.
The bed was quite comfortable. I would recommend updating the couch as it tends to pitch you forward and is sunken in toward the front and the middle. It was not comfortable.

The unit is wonderful. The complex is great. The pool was perfect. The only note: that sofa bed is horrible, even for a kid. The sofa bed mattress is visible springs, our 10 yr old opted to sleep on the sofa itself instead of the bed... and if she hadn't been exhausted from so much fun it would have been rough. The main bed is delightful.

Great location and a very short drive to the beach! The pool is beautiful and is great for everyone in the family. The condo is beautifully decorated and up to date in appliances. The one thing I'd be prepared for is if you are planning on utilizing the sleeper sofa it is not comfortable! My 9 year old complained about how he had difficulty sleeping. Other than that it was a great family vacation.

No complaints with the unit itself, was clean, spacious and was just as the photos depicted it to be.

There were 2 downsides:
When we checked in we were given what was supposed to be 2 keys for the unit and 1 key for the pool but instead got 3 unit keys and no pool key. We didn't try to access the pool until later that evening and of course couldn't get in and the rental office was closed so we didn't get use of the pool for the first day/evening. We went to the rental office the next morning to get a pool key and talked with a younger male at the office. We explained we didn't get a pool key and instead of just giving us a key, he wanted to play 20 questions which didn't set well. The young lady who handled our check-in came out and took over and got us a pool key.

The cable in the bedroom didn't work and when we got our pool key we informed the rental agent the cable wasn't working. The cable in the living room was fine. Apparently, the owner did not order the necessary equipment to get cable in the bedroom which to me is rather odd. It's a vacation rental and you won't order the cable box? Anyway, we got a call from the rental office late in the afternoon on the last day of our stay that the cable box came in and they could install it but we had to be there, and we were out doing other things and didn't want to interrupt our plans for that so we didn't have cable in the bedroom. Not a huge inconvenience but should have been an amenity that was available the entire time.

The pool area is really nice, a little disappointed there is not a hot tub in the pool area but overall the pool was very enjoyable. Overall, satisfied with the stay. Apparently the summer tourist season hadn't kicked in and there was hardly anyone else around so it was very quiet and not crowded.

This a beautiful and very spacious condo. Pros - Great pool for adults and kids. Nice porch to sit on. A/C works great and bed is very comfortable. Spacious living room and bedroom to spread out. Lots of storage for luggage and bedding. It was nice to have upgraded appliances and refrigerator and a washer/dryer. You couldn't ask for a better location. Walking distance to beach, convenience store, and restaurants. Cons - It would have been nice if the bedroom had a cable box to go along with the DVD player. Couldn't really lay in bed and watch TV because we did not have any DVDs. Could not find advertised beach toys/boogie boards/beach towels/etc. (Outside storage was locked.) Could not figure out where switch was to fan/light for porch and never had fan or light outside. These were all minor inconveniences and we will definitely be renting again soon!

We enjoyed our 6 weeks stay at the sea breeze condo. It was well furnished and
everything was conveniently located. The beach was only a few blocks away an easy walk or a short drive if chairs and such are needed. We would definitely stay again. The management staff was very helpful and took care of small maintenance problems in a timely manner.

We had a fantastic time in our rental. It was super clean, up to date appliances, and lots of open room for our kiddos to run around! We also loved the front porch area forwet towels and beach toys.
In addition, the pool was FANTASTIC for our 7, 2, and 1 year old.

Unit 802 is a nicely remodeled unit. Easy access to the swimming pool and unit’s assigned parking spot. We appreciated the roomy outdoor closet where we could store our windsurfing gear. Another set or two of towels would have been nice, other than that no complaints.
