Cute condo close to the beach
Condo was tastefully decorated, easy to get to, reserved parking spot, close to the beach. We got a beach parking permit from nearby gas station and was able to park right on the beach. Condo has a well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Clean facilities. Would recommend

Relaxing Retreat
1 bedroom condo was very clean and mattress comfortable. Place is beautiful with beachy vibes. 3 or 5 minutes to the beach convenient. Plenty of seatings and descent kitchen. On the main floor was nice too. We loved it and will definitely return back. Location was near many restaurants too. Thank you for making our getaway relaxing.

Terrible bed, couldn't sleep
The bed was so uncomfortable that I had to cut my vacation short a day because of lack of sleep. The sheets were very scratchy also. I was so disappointed because the last two times I've used Padre Escapes, the beds were amazingly comfortable. The rest of the place was nice except I did feel sand under my feet on the floor upon arrival. I think I will look elsewhere next time I come to Padre.

Great getaway
This condo is great. It is a super clean first floor unit just a minutes walk from the pool, but far enough that it isn't loud. The couch is comfy and the kitchen is stocked with all the necessary cooking essentials. You can open the blinds and get great natural light. It's perfect.

Convenient Rental
The condo is super close to the beach. You’ll still need to drive but that’s not a problem as it’s a drive up property. Very clean and looks newly furnished. Only tips I would recommend is bring a sound machine as it is a condo and your neighbors aren’t always respectful. Also you can hear people in the parking lot. If anyone is going to be sleeping in the living room bring an eye mask or a set of blinds. The parking lot has bright lights that shine directly into the living room.
Besides those two easy fixes it’s a good place to stay.

Five Amazing Stars!
Pictures don’t do this condo justice! Everything we needed was here! Attention to quality details and maintenance is evident. Spotlessly clean with comfortable and beautiful furnishings.. High Tech friendly with multiple USB ports in living area and bedroom. Touch on bedroom light and clock both have USB ports. Plenty of room and storage includes a walk in closet, dining area closet and porch closet. Kitchen was extremely well stocked in all ways with extras like a crockpot and serving dishes. Living area furniture is comfortable including the relaxing recliner. King size bed is magnificent and the bedroom closet even has a luggage rack. Great location in a very well kept property. Hot tub, pool, fitness center and sauna are only a few steps away, Access to the fishing pond with pier, bbq grill and a shaded picnic table is just outside the rear building exit door. We definitely look forward to returning!

Beach Club
The condo itself was great. Location was great. I gave it three stars because there was a major ant issues in kitchen and bathroom. It was so bad the kids made a game of how many they kill at one time. I complained several times. They came out one time to spray. Our reserved parking spot was taken several times.

Since your stay the condo has been thoroughly cleaned and the patio doors have been replaced to ensure the issue does not persist and we have not had any more reports of ants. Cute Place near the beach
We stayed here for two nights. Check in was very easy. We had family staying nearby and we all spent time at the beach. The beach was a very short walk from the unit. This unit is clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our May 2021 Vacation
This is the 2nd time we have stayed in the particular unit. That, in itself, says alot about how much we enjoy the unit and its proximity to the beach.

Very clean and updated unit, other than lack of new bath towels and wash cloths (bought and left some there) this was a good place to stay.

Awesome
Our hosts were so nice and responsive, the condo was very well appointed. We stayed for two and a half months, and couldn’t have been more comfortable! It was a great experience, highly recommend!

Girl trip
The condo was immaculate and perfect for our girl trip. Plenty of room and the bedding was wonderful and bed comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and sitting out on balcony with our morning coffee and evening drinks. Would recommend this condo.

Seasode retreat
The condo was perfect for my husband and I. It was so beautifully decorated and clean. We loved the complex. It was close to the beach and so nice and quiet.
We will definitely be returning. The morning f walks on the beach we’re just perfect!!!!!

Great beach retreat
Clean, comfortable and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of space to walk your dog(s), quiet community. Updated features of a small apartment, 1 large bed/bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 pull out sofa bed (thin mattress so the bar is felt when using to sleep.

Seaside Retreat CBC 136K
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We definitely return to this property, and hopefully this particular condo. We found it very comfortable. Loved its location in the complex. It made for and easy walk to the beach. The walk-in closet was a nice surprise. The unit was very well kept and very clean as well.

It’s a real seaside retreat.
Great location. Really close to the beach and lots of nice eating places nearby. The condo is fantastic Decorated so cute and “beachy” inside. Really nice pool and a quiet area.
Just great for a couple. We really enjoyed our stay.
Would definitely book Seaside Retreat again.

Wonderful!!
We loved it! Clean. Nicely decorated. AC worked great. Pool was nice. Great location. The only thing was the bedroom needs black out curtains. The outside lights lit up the bedroom at night. This is the second time we have used padre escapes. Loved it and we will be back!

Great place to stay
We had a wonderful experience with this unit. It looks just like the pictures, so no surprises. It was clean when we arrived and the complimentary essentials were nice to have since we had not gone shopping yet. It was spacious enough for two adults and two children. However, the pull out sofa was a bit uncomfortable. Be sure to wear shoes, especially outside. There are several stickers around the property and we had several stuck in our feet during our stay. The pool area is nice with plenty of lounge chairs and 4 BBQ pits. We will definitely be back!!

Almost perfect
A last minute rental but a pretty perfect choice.
Clean, fresh and apartment has all you could need - even a kettle for us Brits! We have rented in Florida on many occasions and the only thing that prevented a perfect review was the lack of pool towels and sun chairs and a parasol for the beach. However we do appreciate that renters in this location are likely to be American so would bring that stuff in the back of their trucks!

5 Star Perfect!
Wow! 5 stars do not do this property justice! A wonderful place to stay. The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated with much attention to details. It was meticulously spotless top to bottom.

The living area was furnished with a comfortable queen sofa as well as two chairs. The sofa bed was very comfortable too. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, complete with a stainless coffee maker and a crockpot!

Loved the king sized bed! The bed and pillows were super comfortable with plenty of nice blankets and linens. The walk in closet was large.

We enjoyed the Cable TV and Wifi in both the LR and bedroom. Nice selection of family DVD’s, games and puzzles were available. The storage in every one of the rooms of the condo was amazing. All appliances worked flawlessly including the washer and dryer.

We enjoyed the excellent location of the condo. We appreciated the convenience of the first floor unit with a reserved parking space right outside the door! Access to the heated pool, hot tub and fitness center couldn’t have been better. The fishing pond with pier and a BBQ grill area was at the rear of our building. We loved hearing the waves sitting on the comfy patio. Whitecap Beach was a 3 minute walk down the paved pathway. A perfect home base to explore this wonderful area.

The facilities and grounds were very well kept. The pool/hot tub area was beautiful and had plenty of chairs/umbrella’s available as well as BBQ grills.

Everything was as described by Padre Escapes and they were easy to work with. Very helpful, professional and friendly.

Our condo owners were a pleasure to work with and thought of everything! All the amenities you need for a home away from home. They were responsive, informative and easy to communicate with. We could not have asked more from our kind and gracious hosts. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you for sha

December at Padre
My husband and I stayed in 136 K. It was at the front of the property and it was excellent. Anything you can imagine needing was provided. It was spotlessly clean also. We come to the beach once a year and I would definitely choose this ground floor end unit again.
