Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful stay. The location couldn't be better, an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. And the unit is very clean and well kept. We stayed with another couple and the space was plenty big enough! The outdoor area was great for the toddler we had with us.

Great place to spend a vacation
The place was clean when we arrived, as are all the Padre Escapes places we have stayed at. There were a couple of issues with the garbage disposal but that was fixed immediately. Heat and air worked perfect once we "reset" the control to get rid of someone's program. The only real down side was the queen size bed. It was as hard as a rock so we bought a pillow top for it and actually left it there. Helped quite a bit. Close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk and generally very quiet. Padre Escapes has always been nice to deal with and if there is a problem it's fixed right away. Bring your own skillets, which we do, as in most rentals the cookware gets abused. No big deal but just be aware. We're coming back for our 7th year next year but a different condo across the pool just because of the bed. But at 77 our bones our not as pliable as a younger couple.

Great location, Nice apartment
Easy access... Wish there was a lock-box on side/back door. Great pool and play area. Great location. Need better window coverings for doors and windows in bedrooms. Would like the rug cleaned - long black dog hair. Overall, it was a nice layout, lovely decor. We enjoyed our stay!

Absolutely Wonderful
We arrived and the place was clean and ready for us to settle in. It was just as nice as the pictures and descriptions. We located a store to get food not far away. The pool was very nice. The beach is within walking distance so you can catch the beautiful sunrise. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great Stay
From arrival to departure the management company was friendly, helpful and responsive. The unit was easily accessible to the pool, playground and beach. We even walked a few times back to the unit from the beach because it’s that close and convenient! Would love to stay here again.

Clean and well maintained.
We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice, clean rental with all the items we needed for a weekend getaway. The property is also well maintained with a clean pool. Walking distance to the beach, although the road can get a little busy on weekends so we drove instead. The master bed was extra firm. The 2nd bedroom bed was good, except it is a bunk and it appeared the top bunk wasn’t installed correctly so we didn’t use it. Overall nice stay and we would stay here again.

Excellent place to stay for families!
We had the best time. Loved the location and being able to walk to the beach when we wanted. Place to rinse your feet off too! Washer/dryer were great to have in room. Pool is nice for
Kids to be able to play especially if they don’t know how to swim. We plan to go back again and stay here. Everything very clean. Could tell that someone cleaned the floors very well. So sandy/grit feeling. Management always helpful.

Nice vacation spot for family
It is an easy walk to the beach. We loved that we could walk back for the bathroom and meals. Love that this is pet friendly property. However, a caution for pet owners- there is no grass on the property. You have to walk your dog across the street or down the beach. The best route is to go down the beach through the access road and come up the sea wall steps in front of the constante condos where there are multiple patches of grass.
