Great Stay near Whitecap Beach
We loved our long weekend stay. It was a super easy walk to the beach and perfect size for family of 7. The unit was fantastic- clean, and well maintained. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishes. The living room sofa was very comfortable, beds were great, showers were great. We loved being able to do laundry during our stay. We had a wonderful experience and would stay here again next time.

Great stay
The place was comfortable and as advertised. It was within a reasonable walking distance to the beach, and the pool was great for our six kids.

We had a couple minor maintenance issues, and the management company was swift to respond and get them fixed.

The only catch for us was it was advertised as having beds for 10 I think, but only had seating for 4 at the counter. I should have payed attention to the pictures and noticed the lack of a table in the public space. Our game night plans changed a little, but we made it work.

It was a nice condo close to beach! Only problem noted was that the GFCI on the wall with the stove kept tripping every time you tried to use the coffee pot had to move coffee maker to a different plug on a different wall. Also the living room rug was pretty soiled and could used a good shampoo or replacement.

Nice location, disappointed by other tendants
It was a nice place to stay and the pool/play area was awesome. We were a family of 5 with a toddler so the location was perfect and fun for our grandson to play. The disappointing factor was the size of parking and how my husband's truck was vandalized while we were there (broken mirror on driver side) which we believe happened by the tenants next door parking. The parking was tight, particularly for full-size vehicles therefore the assumption is they got angry that the mirror was in their "parking area" which we were parked within the lines as assigned. Other than this we have no complaints, great place and nice condo.

A sanctuary for traveling families
This place was an absolute treasure for our family! The accommodations were perfect for my 6 and 9 year old who needed some fun (bunk beds, splash pad, pool, and playground), but also for myself who needed all these amenities in a secure and safe environment. The townhome felt brand new, management was easily reached by text, and the location was walking distance to the beach. I would definitely come back!
