Everything was as described and in like new condition. The only thing I would add is a black out curtain over the window in the door in the bedroom.

Great Beach Stay!

Great trip
My family and I really liked this place. It was my husband, 2 boys, and me. The boys loved the bunk beds, and there is also a sleeper sofa so plenty of room for everybody. Everything seemed new and in great condition. Nice new kitchen, nice bathroom. We brought our dog and the fenced in back porch was really nice to be able to let him out for a bit without worrying about him. The pool area is nice, the pirate ship is a plus. The place is within walking distance to the beach, maybe 10 minutes max, and an even shorter drive. We will be back for sure.

Great Vacation Home
Everything was as promised. We had no issues with anything and enjoyed our time there. We had good internet and cable and Roku TVs, something I cant say of most places I've stayed at. I will definitely be returning next time we head to Corpus Christi.

Beach/Tournament Stay
We had a pleasant stay. The rental was in close proximity to Whitecap Beach and 15-30 minutes from the baseball tournament sites. The rental was clean and provided everything we needed for cooking and making coffee. Please be sure to bring filters or any spices/food items you may need. We will stay again.

Perfect Beach Weekend with Kids

Not what we are used to
The unit was clean and well located. We have stayed at many places on the Island and this was our least favorite. The sheets were rather rough and smelled like bleach, but the bed was comfortable. Some basic things like coffee filters, a little bit of coffee for the first morning, creamer, sugar (even little packets) would have been appreciated. Basic spices are usually available (salt, pepper, common spices used in cooking) would help until someone can get to a grocery store. This is not a place I would want to revisit.
