Safari Room at Hit with Grandson
This was a great place to stay for my wife and my grandson. He loved the bunk beds, the under the stairway room, and the pirate ship in the recreation area. Only downside was the hard pillows and beds.

Rodent droppings
Everything was great until we found rodent droppings around the sink where our children were brushing their teeth.

We would have happily taken care of the roach droppings and spraying of the unit while you were there had we been told prior to your departure. Wonderful for families
The Safari condo was wonderful ! We let it be a surprise for the kids, and the kids and they absolutely loved it. The pool was perfect for them too. The only negative thing we could say is you have to pretty much think of everything to bring, or purchase from the store. Such as Body wash, shampoo conditioner, salt and pepper, beach towels etc. Be sure to come prepared.

Great Place!

End of summer trip
It rained for most of our trip but we still had lots of fun running back and forth to the beach when the sun would come out. Shopping and eating close by. The mosquitoes were horrible around the property when we went in early September but could have been because of the rain. The kids loved the themed jungle room, and both play areas. Definitely will be back!

My kids loved it!
This spot was absolutely perfect for a family with younger kids. The decor really catered to their little imaginations and they spent a good amount of time in the little hidden spot below the stairs. We loved the pool, although the playground had some broken/missing pieces. Unfortunately, the dryer wasn’t working but that was communicated to us shortly before our arrival. Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for helping create memories for my family.

Catch Waves of Fun at Family Friendly Rental
Surfari is clearly designed with families in mind. The jungle theme delighted our grandchildren. The comfortable, creatively decorated rental is just steps to the cool pool with it's attached splash pad. A pirate ship playground was nearby.
We had reserved parking right out side our front door which made it easy to hop in our SUV and head to Whitecap Beach less than five minutes away. We were able to hunt for shells, fly kites, and build sand castles at the beach. Although our grandchildren weren't old enough, there was a surfing school for kids going on near us on the beach-it looked like lots of fun! Besides enjoying the beach, our family toured the USS Lexington Aircraft Carrier because our grandson loves planes.
Property management did a good job communicating with us before our arrival. Pay attention to the reminders from the property management about what amenities are provided and what you need to bring. This was very helpful.
Without a doubt, we would stay at Surfari on our next trip to North Padre Island!

Amazing Rental!
We had a blast at this rental! It was perfect for the kids. They especially enjoyed having their own hidden room under the stairs. The decor was awesome. The location was perfect - right across the street from the beach and near the public parking/beach access point. We also could have easily walked to the beach if we wanted to. The pool area and playground were AMAZING and the neighbors/other visitors were so friendly. The maintenance staff was very quick to replace the smoke detector batteries when they started beeping after hours. We absolutely loved staying here and can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

New, Clean, Great Location
We had a great time at this rental. It was very clean and super close to whitecap beach where we could just walk to it. If I were to be picky, I would say adding a door to the bunk room would be beneficial as well as adding lots more drying hooks! But other than those things I would highly recommend this rental as well as the company to rent it through.

Wonderful stay!
The Surfari was amazing! The kids couldn't get enough of the tiki hut. The location was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the house was very clean! My only complaint was a few of the bedroom plugs were not working but that would not stop me from giving this place 5 stars! The area was great and easy walking distant to the beach. It was perfect for our weekend getaway with the family. Honestly can not say enough good things. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us ❤️
