If I could give a 10 star review, I would! Staying at Smugglers Cover truly made our beach vacation extra especial. The condo was the absolute cutest, I'm huge on decor and it was just so beautiful and not to mention super clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could ever need in a kitchen, I was very impressed. Our Condo was right in front of the ship and pool and it was just so perfect for our baby. And let's talk about location, there was beach access on each end of the street with one super close that you literally just turn a corner and you're there at the beach! I would 100% recommend this location and can't wait to return next year!

My family and I had a very good stay at this condo. The location was steps away from the entrance to the beach. The condo itself provided us with all our needs. We traveled with our 3 grandkids and they all enjoyed the pool and access to the playground as well. Good stay.

Just as pictured
Place was very clean, just as pictured. Everything functioned properly. Beds could use better quality sheets with higher thread count and thicker duvet. Beds were not the most comfy but not something I would deduct from my rating. Only main issue was with people using the pool and their disregard of other guests; acting inappropriately, saying inappropriate things in front of children, drinking from glassware, and their children urinating in the pool with their pants down in front of everyone. For the most part, it is a very family oriented establishment and we loved the property itself.

Vitamin sea
Nice condo inside. Garbage disposal tripped the circuit all the time. Maintenance responded but the disposal still tripped the circuit. Would be nice for a monthly cleaning. Our unit was right by the children's play area and water bucket dump so pretty noisy at night. There was not enough pool chairs when there were 3 to 4 families in the pool. Need an adult pool section or access to another pool. Nice parking spots. Excellent kitchen equipment and utensils. Had a great time.

A wonderful vacation
This condo was perfect for us. There were minor issues that didn’t bother us like the closest pool gate code not working and the fridge ice maker refusing to make ice!!! But we would stay here again and again for the great location , the wonderful pool, the cleanliness and coziness of the condo and the ease of parking.
We had an amazing time in Padre and our accommodations were close to perfect !

Vitamin Sea Condo review
The condo was fabulous! We loved how there are hoses at both ends of each condo to wash off sand before entering. Two things to be aware of- the shower heads are low pressure, and the pool is full of children all the time. Great if you have kids, not if you want to relax and float around. Just a heads up. All round a great experience and would recommend!

Busy holiday
This beach close by was great except very crowded so we drove to one about 10 miles away. Same with the pool at the property - excellent for kids, but frequently so full that we just passed on going out to the pool. Unit would be great if not during a holiday week.
Only issue was the light/fan in the 2nd bedroom that came on by itself. The remote needs to be reprogrammed to not get interference from probably another one next door.

Great place for families
We had a great experience and loved everything the unit had to offer. However there were a few things that I wish the unit came with like more toiletries ( toothpaste/ shampoo) and more towels. Our pillows also had no pillow . Other than that I highly recommend if you have little ones!

Smugglers cove vitamin sea
Great access to pool and beach. Place was beautiful decorated, beds and couch were very comfortable. Basics provided. Pretty clean but I believe the floor was not mopped because our feet were getting dirty for the start. Had an ant issue in unit and visible at the pool. TVs in bedrooms did not work was wanting a Roku pin to do anything.

Our Stay
We had a great stay with mo problems. The rental is very clean,close yo the beach,and not far from everything else. The only thing I would add is maybe a few more necessities.
